    Pros +

    • We really liked the location of our hotel- it was 2 min away from downtown Chiang Mai and 1 min away from a 7 eleven. The hotel itself was cute and charming, and the staff were very friendly, in addition to the 2 cats that live there. It was a great value at only $28.50 per person per night.
    • The property was close to the old city north gate…ideal for the nightly street food market around the corner. The staff were friendly. Room was clean with excellent shower. Pool was great!!
    • Location is great (just little outside old center). Many nice food places and jazz bar nearby.Room was clean and big.Friendly staffSwimming pool was great (morning and until 1pm sun)

    Cons -

    • It's on a main road and it was very, very loud. Many noises of cars going by where our room was and hard to fall asleep. I also wish there was food offered here.

    • Room wasn't serviced first 2 days. Then had to request clean. Booked a double room but given a twin room. Had requested a quiet room but despite this was given a noisy poolside room, which was changed when requested.

    Good location, nice pool

The room was a good size, bathroom was excellent and very clean. The pool was a decent size and clean. Very quiet at night and I had a nice terrace with table and chairs. You can buy soft drinks and beer at reception and the staff were nice. I would stay here again. Location was great, walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The room was fine. Had a bed with a firm, but fine mattress, and everything worked. The desk where I could work was very nice to have. The seating and pool were very nice, had outlets for working, and ok WiFi (about 35Mbps upload and download).

There as a king sized bed in the room, which I used, and then another single bed, which took up space and made the room feel pretty cramped. The WiFi in the room was unusable. I could not get a strong enough signal in my room on the 3rd floor to effectively do anything.

Good location from old town. Swimming pool is nice

    Mattress was a bit hard

    Great Location, nice swimming pool

It was a bit too loud (nearby is the mosque, you could hear prayers a lot, but also some kind of generator seemed to be above us).

great place. very clean, reasonably comfortable (the beds are very hard, but that's pretty standard in Thailand), great pool area. very centrally located, an easy walk into the old city.

Wifi was unreliable in the bedroom (4th floor)

Funky boutique hotel very close to the Old Town and our favorite night market to eat dinner at is right around the corner. The pool is fantastic. Staff are very friendly. Nice bed and good shower. Would stay again!

    - everything looks like on the pictures, which is rare. Bedrooms with the glass showers are very beautiful and the pool at night with all the lights, so nice to sit by - comfortable beds- clients were mostly families. Very quiet and friendly, no noise, no party people - staff is kind and helpful - you can bring your own food and dine there in the main hall, there's no restaurant but there's tables and chairs. Good local coffees and restaurants for an authentic experience. NB: This area and the hotel are NOT bougie. Expect what you're getting for the price. - the area : it's not supposedly an attractive area but we very much liked it. 2mn walk there is the Changpuak night market from 5pm, delicious food and more locals than tourists which after visiting the other night markets like the Night Bazaar, you will appreciate if you don't like crowds. You are walking distance to the old town and pretty much anything if you like walking, or by taxi just 5-10mn. We rented bikes one day to discover more places outside of the old town and it was a great way to get around

Paying for bottles of water. Everything else was perfect

Absolutely beautiful, great walking distance to coffee shops, the old town square, the pool was so nice and refreshing. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The ONLY thing was the bed. It was too hard.

    7TrumblePosted on: 1-22-2025

This is a good place for a short stay. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant.

The rooms are small and don't provide enough space to unpack suitcases. The matresses were hard.

Lovely hotel & such good value for money! The pool area is really nice, rooms are a good size (we got a free upgrade too - thank you!)

    9JamiePosted on: 1-14-2025

Nice clean pool. Friendly staff. Close to old city

    9AmyPosted on: 1-11-2025

Basic but clean rooms, lovely pool area, ideal location at north of old town. Have stayed twice now, would highly recommend!

    9JoannePosted on: 1-10-2025

Fabulous location. Great hotel with pool. All the staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean.

    7ChloePosted on: 1-3-2025

Nice location outside the old city, easy walking to most main attractions. Rooms clean on arrival, but unfortunately no cleaning of the room/clean towels - even asked a few times (maybe not a Thai thing), a clean towel would be nice after 5 days please.Glass panel between bathroom and bedroom is funky, not at all private. We laughed and enjoyed, but as expected - no privacy to urinate/showerLocation is ideal. Please book taxi to hotel via Bolt, as booked with hotel and priced highly - lesson learnt.

No cleaning of the room.Taxi booked to return to hotel but priced highly!!!

Cute design, nice pool and very close to the city center. Furthermore the room was clean and had a big bathroom with a hot shower.

The room (101) was located right next to the pool which was quite noisy at night as people were sitting right in front of our window. Plus the bed was very firm so the combination of noise and slight discomfort didn't leave us with a lot of sleep.

    8HayleyPosted on: 12-31-2024

Beautiful quirky hotel located within a short 5 min walk to within Chiang Mai old city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quirky but well decorated. Shower was lush!

Swimming pool was great but very cold!!!
