- Big room, nice view. Flights had gone up to 15-35k baht so I needed somewhere to stay, was good for an emergency sleep over for a couple nights
- I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff has provided. They have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team.

- Cockroaches in my room. No smoking area except a fire escape which makes the corridor smell. Pool wasn’t clean but swimable. No food on site. Looks like it used to be a hot spot but has been neglected. Needs a bin out front for smokers as you’re not allowed to smoke anywhere else. I’m not a fan of littering.
- The property has seen better days, probably had $$$ trouble during covid, and unable to keep up.Lots of visible deferred maintenance.No restaurant, no room service, nothing....7-11 down the street.Shower tub surface was rough and cracked, exposed water pipes.Bed sheets worn bare with multiple holes.Mattress hard as a rock, no extra pillow or blanket.Electric outlet at the mini bar not working.
- The air-conditioning was working, but didn't make the room in anyway colder. This place is very old and in dire need of refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. There was a lot of hair in the drian, I had to remove myself. Maybe all rooms aren't the same, but they looked similar. The fillters over the pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it is 3/10 because the location isn't bad and the beds were comfy. If I was staying here with anyone else I'm sure I'd have had to leave, but I tolerated it because I was on my own. The sun doesn't shine over the pool either.
