Tv didn¿t work Bug bites in. Both rooms! Gross breakfast

+ Breakfast had fried and scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, sausage.+ Coffee machine in the lobby

- Same breakfast everyday is repetitive- Cost of scooter rental was not the best- Swimming pool has sun in limited area- They charge a deposit of 300 Bhat for extra room key

Location is excellent . Staff is amazing each and every one helped me solve any issue quickly and with a smile . Rooms are clean and spacious . Breakfast was basic but also excellent . Same with kitchen staff super nice and smiley. Great vibe will come back

There were families with screaming kids and the acoustic weren’t great you could hear them from inside the rooms and if they were in the lobby . I woke up 2 out of 3 nights with screaming kids noise . Not the hotels fault .Perhaps they can delegate each building since there are two one for families and the other for people on vacation who want to sleep in past 7am

Excellent location and very thoughtful touches such as free water fill up station, free hot drink station, library (take one leave one), and a great relaxing vibe. Lovely little pool that feels like an oasis!

The room we stayed in was an adjourning room and there was no sound proofing between the two rooms. We could hear the people next door breathing, coughing, talking at normal level, and even using the bathroom. We felt like we had to whisper as they could obviously hear us as well!

The hotel is centrally located inside the Old Town making it a good base for exploring Chiang Mai.

We were given Room 202A fronting the street. Soundproofing of the room is inadequate. People talking in front of the hotel can be heard from inside the room

The location was good, making it easy to get around, and the staff were nice and welcoming. The room was ok and comfortable enough for the stay.

The breakfast was small, with not many options, but acceptable.

Clean, very quiet, nice staff. There is a coffee machine running all day which is very nice!! They also have a travel agency so very convenient.

I would improve a bit the breakfast which is ok but no so amazing for the price of the hotel.

Great location if you want to live in old town, quite central to everything.room itself was as described, rooms were cleaned whenever requested and the breakfast was standard cereals/eggs and toast buffet situation with a thai noodle or rice dish.

Staff is very process driven, I was getting picked up for my tour where the driver mentioned I should carry a towel, I asked the reception for one and they said its a 300baht deposit, I didnt have cash on me so I asked them to add it to my room tab, the staff consulted their manager and said it has to be cash only, I was getting late so I had to go without one. these things I reckon can be made better.

Breakfast, water bottle refiller in the lobby and just about all day cappuccino/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. There were great perks. The hotel is clean.

It took us a bit to figure out how to have hot water throughout our shower. A shelf for toiletries in the shower would be helpful. I’d rather have a queen size bed in a small room rather than a king size bed that I can’t walk around. An outlet on BOTH sides of the bed would be nice. The room had frosted glass windows in the bathroom. So, if someone goes to the bathroom at night, they are waking up the other person. The room could use a spruce. If they painted the walls tan it would be a big improvement.

Breakfast a little on the lean side. Has extensive warning signs like no smoking no durian penalties for taking items etc. seemed more than necessary.

We loved this place, perfect location in the center of the old city. A beautiful pool and nice area to hang out. Breakfast was excellent, scrambled and fried eggs, pancakes, fruit and fresh fruit juice. We watch the cooks make everything from scratch. Also traditional Thai breakfast. There was an unlimited Thai tea, latte, coffee, hot chocolate machine In the lobby. Our room was very comfortable with AC, tea kettle, nice shower and view of the pool.

Location is just perfect, you can walk everywhere, very clean, comfortable, staff is very friendly and they can book day trips directly. Breakfast is very good too. Spacious room.

Can be a bit noisy - you can hear doors opening, people talking in the corridor and surroundings but nothing extreme

Great location, friendly and pleasant hotel, kind staff, a cozy coffee corner with good machine coffee available all day, a charming pool, and parking for those who need it.

Perfect location with very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean and the room was perfect.

The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not a hot tub just regular pool water

Best part of the property is the location which is in the center of the old city and all landmarks are easily accessible.

The rooms themselves are a little bit old and rustic and have no TV. The bathroom showers use tankless water heaters that work ok but not consistent. Water pressure for toilets aren’t great.
