AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai

The cleanliness of the rooms, the staff, and the location. It was beyond my expectation for the star rating. Regardless of the type of room you have, the level of cleanliness and staff courtesy is the same.

The breakfast that¿s included was not that great.

Good location, great restaurants and shopping. The floor we were on was delightfully quiet!

Our room was accessed through Jumi, the restaurant. The stairs leading up to Jumi could really use a handrail, as they are quite steep.

Location is great. Rooftop is lovely and the staff are exceptional. Very accommodating and and friendly

We can use a little brighter light I. The bathroom

Amazing hotel with excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We were traveling with our 6-month-old baby, and everyone went out of their way to assist us.Breakfast is à la carte, and each morning I went alone while my husband stayed in the room with our baby, who was waking up late due to jet lag. The staff kindly allowed me to order breakfast for him as well and take it back to the room. They were also very accommodating in preparing food for our baby, which we truly appreciated. The location is great too—surrounded by restaurants, spas, and shops, making everything very convenient. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near the old city walls, but also just a cool neighborhood of shops, restaurants & coffee shops.

Everything was great, zero complaints.

Spacious room(Manor suite 1076ft²), nice private balcony, amazing location, great breakfast! The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Loved our stay!!

Location. Personnel, especially Bom and Yo. Bom worked the restaurants and staff. Super competent. Super respectful.

This is a lovelyProperty with sizable rooms, a great restaurant and exceptional staff.

Can't think of anything that would bring me back. Some of the staff were very helpful while others weren't. 15 minute walk to Maya Mall.

Breakfast. Room lights need a PhD to figure out. Have to go through restaurant to get to elevator.

This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. An amazing room with large tub, a view of Wat Dpoi Suthep, awesome rooftop pool and bar, and outstanding location!

Good location with loads of restaurants and shops close by. We ate at their Italian restaurant for dinner - pretty good.

The entrance to the hotel rooms go right through a fancy restaurant so it is a bit awkward when returning from a day out shopping and sweating to lug your bags past people eating at their white tableclothed dinners.

Modern, clean, quite place for a weekend getaway

The gym is a bit too small/hidden in the basement

Attractive and unique looking hotel - comfortable room - great rooftop pool and with a superlative staff there to help.

Restaurant buffet wasn’t very good.

Location is very good.Very friendly staff

No place for clothes. No stool besides bed.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of different choices and all were delicious! Location was excellent for getting around the city, lots of different options for getting to attractions.

Wasn’t a lot of seating choices in our room, that would be my only complaint.

Staff very kind and welcoming, comfortable rooms, excellent location, nice roof top and pool

Amazing location, big room with enough place to put all our luggage, nice lobby to wait in for pickups.

Bathroom lighting too dark

Location near great shopping and food, very new facilities, beautiful rooftop bar and pool.

The bathroom was a bit odd, a curtain and a glass door.

Very stylish building! Great location with many boutiques and restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their pool offers a great sunset experience and good drinks at their bar upstairs. Their breakfast offers a good variety of options and opens early which allows you to eat before the tours. Overall I had a great experience and definitely recommend ?

Very quiet room and friendly stuff, good breakfast.
