The staff was exceptional! JP, Jihan, Pim, Peach, Henry and others whose names we didn’t get, where always helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist or offer suggestions. The breakfasts and coffee were amazing! The location was great, within walking distance to markets, temples and restaurants, yet a tranquil retreat on a quiet side street.

We have no complaints at all.

The staff at Bed Phrasingh were so friendly and helpful. They were incredibly attentive. The hotel was quaint and room perfect size. The beds were super comfortable. The staff provided wonderful local afternoon desserts and tea. Breakfast was also very good with many delicious choices. Staff was right there with us to attend to our every need. The hotel was in a great location to walk to dinner and stores. We were only at the location one night, but so glad we chose Bed Phrasingh!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never felt such a strong sense of genuine hospitality before. The facilities were all in great condition. When the toilet accidentally got clogged, the staff responded immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally.

Our stay at BED was great. Everything was perfect. The staff made us feel so welcomed. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is okay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location is ideal to visit Chiang Mai. We will definitely recommend it!

We had the best stay at BED! It was our favorite place we stayed at in all of Southeast Asia. The staff is SO kind and helpful! They were always checking in, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We loved the cold water bottles on every floor and the special Thai breakfast options, along with some traditional choices. Highly recommend trying what they have each day, especially if it's something you can't get at home! Everything was delicious. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked nice and clean (and not busy) each time we saw it. Our room also had space for us to lay out our suitcases. The patio was awesome, and you're so close to town. The only time we used Grab was to go to the airport. Everywhere else we just walked! Can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there!

Wonderful stay with excellent service. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with snacks and drinks available all day, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredible—always smiling, always helpful, and always checking in to ask how our day was. They really made our stay in Chiang Mai wonderful! I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Want to stay longer!

Let's start with what we liked the most: the staff. This is a five-star staff. Which is amazing when you consider that this is not a 5-star hotel. In fact, we received better service here than we received at many 4 and 5-star hotels around the world. And by service, I don't mean strictly what they can "do" for you; I mean how they treat you because they treat you like best friends with no expectations in return. They go above and beyond to help you navigate Chaing Mai, to make you feel welcome. The only thing we felt bad about was having to leave. The breakfast crew was the best! The cook (I wish I remembered her name) was amazing, the spread varied and substantial for a hotel of this size, and the staff, again, could not have been warmer or more enthusiastic. A great way to begin a day of exploring. We loved the location...in a true neighborhood and a very short walk to the beautiful Wat Phra Singh. Great restaurants also extremely walkable. As for the room, we were on the 3rd floor. It was minimalism, which we like -- but all the necessities included. Hot shower, quiet, peaceful atmosphere, good towels, great AC. If we ever get back to Chaing Mai, this will be our first choice.

Having to leave.

This is one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've had. We stayed at 3 places, and this one had impeccable service and attention to detail, and were always anticipating our needs. I once offhandedly mentioned to the front desk worker that I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, and she handed me her own mosquito repellent for me to use!!! I wasn't expecting that!! Me and my friends were also greeted at breakfast every morning, and we were asked how we slept (amazingly), if everything was good. This place is beautifully maintained, simple and clean, and within a 2 min walk to Wat Phra Sing. This place also puts you very close to the Sunday weekend market. Thank you so much!!

I almost want to keep this place to myself because I feel like it’s a hidden gem. The staff, far and away, is the best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly, so willing to help — night staff and morning staff alike. We were here for a few days with no plan and we pieced together one quickly with staff suggestion. Breakfast was amazing as well! They have some cats on site if you’re into that (otherwise they won’t bother you). All around 15/10, would stay here again.

Genuinely warm, caring and helpful staff. They made us feel at home. Delicious large breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to accommodate special needs, like buying plain yogurt and whole grain, gluten-free bread for us. Fruit and different types of juice are available all day, along with coffee and tea. Great central location in the old city, on a quiet alley, with excellent soundproofing. Just a short walk from Wat Phra Singh, a major temple in Chiang Mai, and close to good restaurants.

The room was a bit small, but well organized with everything you need.

Nothing ..

This property is fantastic for the simple traveler. It has a bunch of amenities such as a pool, free breakfast and toiletries, free bikes, free mini bar, and such a great staff. Everyone was so beyond friendly and helpful with everything. Big shoutout to Henry who truly made our stay special. Henry went out of his way to make sure we had our laundry done and welcomed us everyday with a smile on his face. He was easily the best part of our stay and we were sad to miss him and not say goodbye.
