Clean, modern hotel with an elevator and a coffee shop.

A bit far from shopping and restaurants.

i callede prior to booking to make sure that there will be 2 beds, they assured me that there will be, later i was told that 2 beds will cost more

The location is close to the Night market but nothing else in Chiang Mai.

Our power went out at night. We were not given a different room or any explanation. The staff does not help with local cuisine. They always suggest to find a red car outside. Our shower drain didn't work so well as the entire bathroom floor would be wet

Staff kindness, pool and big and clean room.

Air conditioner. Location could be slightly better. Gym should be cleaned and maintained.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and fresh towels everyday, location is quiet but not far from the night market. Beautiful coffee shop by the lobby. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Bed was very comfy

The air-conditioning is aimed at the bed. So I struggled a bit with being in the cold air...

The room was spacious and a balcony you could use.

The bed was old and collapsing. One of my priorities when I book a place is a fitness facility. Sadly, the room they call fitness room is unusable ( never cleaned) with hardly any equipment that is functional.

Great pool, large clean room!

Wi-Fi did not work at all on 4th floor, not ideal if you need Wi-Fi to work as we had to calls in the hotel lobby which was loud with other hotel members around.

Kind and friendly staff, beautiful stay with a lovely clean pool, daily house cleaning. Quite area for a good night sleep not too far away from the center

I really enjoyed my stay here and booked another two times in the weeks after my initial stay so will let this review count for all. Good value and quality for price.Clean spacious room with good light, well soundproofed, reliable internet and green views over the pool. Pool was clean and cool. Nice, safe location, some small local shops nearby. Easy for grab drivers etc to locate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good cafe downstairs. Fairly priced laundry service and staff helped book busses etc. which was very handy.

Location a little out of the way but only a 10 minute walk from 7-11 and 15 from the night markets etc. a minor inconvenience in exchange for being in a quiet and peaceful area. Aircon a bit noisy, was offered a room change but aircon the same in alternate room. Could do with some more comfortable chairs and rooms could fit a lounge for relaxing and watching TV.Minibar would be useful considering the walk to the nearest 7-11, fine in the dry, perhaps not in the rain.

Location are far away from any pub or eateries.

Room are sizable simply because I book the biggest room available. Shower water are so tinny, hardly could have a decent bath. Balcony are filthy and hot with the aircon unit blowing. The entire room badly need a steam cleaning urgently.

We were greeted by a lovely man who showed us around the hotel.The pool was amazing, the beds are so comfy, good size, friendly staff and very close to the local market.

The only downside was the guy who worked at the coffee shop was rude and a bit grumpy.

Pool is very small and from behind the tree, the sun reaches the pool for a few hours a day. Fitness room is very small and couple old equipments, not good.

Clean room. The man that checked us in was extremely welcoming and helpful in answering any questions. Very nice coffee shop on ground floor.

The pool is in the car park which is a little odd.

The staff at the facility were extremely friendly and helpful . The coffee shop downstairs was ideal for me and very convenient since im a coffee person .

The room is very basic the bathroom is very outdated and there is no space at the sink to keep toiletries .

pool was great, could do with some more sun loungers though as people had to lay on the concrete. amazing staff, my friend lost her phone and the receptionist took her on his moped to try and find it! what an amazing guy!!

This is a very nice property, very much to European Lodge Standard. Clean and fresh, nice soft bed, good shower but without any frills. We liked the room a lot.

The location is a bit tricky. its a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants, but Grab is easy and cheap to the Old City so as long as you are happy taking taxis then this is a really great property.

The pool and parking.

That there were no lock boxes to protect important items as most hotels provide. Spider webs on furniture and bathrooms. Sliding glass doors that couldn’t lock. No dead bolts (second lock) on the room doors. I feel like we were deceived on the online descriptions of what would be offered. Rooms were very below average and not a level of comfort I was expecting.
