Perfect location across the street from the night market and old city. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with working AC, and overall a great value.

Limited breakfast.
Excellent breakfast everyday. Great staff members and location.
We loved everything. There is nothing that we didn’t like.
Nice hotel, overall is quite basic but well maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is ok, not so many options or variety, the location is right outside of the city center, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main thing in the city center
The pool was always free
One morning, I had to tell the hotel staff to remove the cockroach on the bananas. The soap holder in the bathroom had a lot of dust collected on it. Whenever someone moves out or in their room, you will hear the door close or open.
Great location- easy to walk around to old town & touristy sights.
Current pool is clean & inviting, but small. Be good to have a bigger pool and allow use before noon.
The location is perfect, in a quiet area close to shops and food stalls. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice and decent. Laundry service available. All the Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Olivia at the reception. Would recommend this hotel. Value for money.
All good.
The location is perfect, very close to the centre and everything you might want, yet tucked away in a little cul-de-sac so very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had a good selection with both Asian and Western options. All the staff had enough English to communicate and do their jobs well, and they were all very helpful. The pool is great and big enough to swim properly.
Now i am being very fussy: as with most hotels, the room key needs to be in a slot to use the lights and a/c in the room. This slot is hidden behind the sliding bathroom door. Just a little confusing at first as i couldn't find it.Also, i would love to have had a USB charging point in the room. A few hotels have these now and they are very useful when traveling internationally.
Some of the reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was kept clean and supplied regularly. The location is great a quiet street very close to Chiang Mai gate. Good sized room and very comfortable. Laundry available on request.
One reception staff member came across a little rude and abrupt. The toilet seat was loose and a coat hook was loose also. The breakfast was good but not very hot
The pool was just right and always clean. The breakfast was plenty and decent choices. The staff were fantastic
There's nothing to put here.
Good position to access Chaing Mai. Welcoming staff and clean rooms
Breakfast choice was basic
Breakfast was awesome, Staff were exceptional and very helpful.
The internet speed wasn't good at all. I barely was able to contact via Whatsapp.
Good location. Comfortable room
Was at the end of enclosed pathway lots of bugs and ants around. Breakfast was not good
Quite area but close to the center and all night markets.
The location right by the gate to the old town was perfect, and the hotel itself is very pretty and comfortable. Our room was beautiful, with lots of space, even a walk-in wardrobe, and overlooked the pool. And the staff made our stay great as they were always so friendly and very helpful.
Nice location and friendly staff with comfortable rooms on a budget.
The bed was clean and super comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful
The pool is not very clean, it needs some mantainance
Don't get us wrong - this is a perfectly fine hotel, but we read some stellar reviews on booking.com and just expected this hotel to be better than it was. The best thing about the hotel was without a doubt its location, about a 2min walk from the city gates. This means that the entire old town, as well as the night market, is located within a short walking distance. We only took a taxi once and that was to get to a famous temple located on a mountain outside the city. The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool was really appreciated (it was 37°C when we visited). There is a vending machine for drinks next to the pool and pool towels were provided.
We were assigned a room on the ground floor, right next to the reception and pool. When we asked to switch it, the receptionist did not really make an effort to find a solution and we ended up having to stay in the room - which on top of the less than ideal location also featured epic views of a construction site that blocked so much light that we had to turn the ceiling lights on even during the day. The breakfast, which many people have described as exceptional, was okay but outperformed by the many other hotels we have stayed at during our trip. In a way, the same can be said about the staff - they were not rude at all, but also not as friendly and forrthcoming as you are used to after travelling Thailand for a while. All in all, the hotel was good. Our disappointment just comes from the ratings that made us think it was exceptional.Do I regret booking this hotel? Not really. But would I consider booking this hotel again if I came back to Chiangmai? Probably not. At least not without checking out some other hotels for comparison.
Excellent accommodation, good was delicious and the amenities were great. Nice location near markets and shops, but tucked away so it wasn't loud or busy. Staff were friendly and welcoming and will definitely stay there again in the future ???
