Great condition, superb staff.

Close to the airport, super close to the old city. 7-11 store just down stairs. Staffs are so nice and friendly. Super clean as well.

My room was first floor and windows were at the street, it was a bit noisy

Nap in Chiang Mai's location was perfect, as it was only walking distance to the night market. There is also a 7eleven at the ground floor. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very attentive. Would check in here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

There was no outside window and the Wi-Fi was spotty.

Location is very convenient. Room and hotel facilities were clean. Staff are very attentive. My partner and I had a great stay in NAP in Chiang Mai and will book here again when we return.

Very well located. Right next to a 7/11 and the Night Bazaar.

The rooms aren’t too big.Both our rooms also had a very strong seepage smell. You could smell “dampness” when you would enter the room.Also, the room was designed in a way that the sinks to wash up are outside the bathroom and part of the room itself - so this was not very convenient and created a mess sometimes.

The room if huge!!! but keep in mind - basic furniture, no comfort balcony.If you are coming for very short time to the city, it is a good hotel. located next to the night bazar with 7/11 store just next to the entrance, money exchange, ATMs and more.not a lot of places around for early breakfast, but you can buy things in 7/11 :) staff is very kind. no 24 hours reception in case it is important for you.

Loved the location — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by charming walking streets, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The room was spacious and offered great value for money at this price point. Having a 7-Eleven just below the hotel was also a big plus — super convenient whenever you need something.

The room I got didn’t really have a view, and it could get a bit noisy at times with people walking in the hallway since the rooms aren’t very soundproof.

my room’s windows faced the inside and hallway so I kept the curtain shut the whole time so people wouldn’t look in…

The location is really good, you can go to tourist area just by walking. The staff were really kind.

The internet connection need to be improved

Nap is close to many night markets around the area. The 7/11 downstairs was also a great time-saver. The staff were exceptionally friendly and there was always someone on duty in the morning and evening when heading out and returning home.

Booked the Standard Double Room. You quickly realize the lack of any cupboard space, meaning you have to optimize how you manage your suitcase. The extra table surface makes up for this somewhat.
