The staff, the breakfast, perfect location for us. We were in building 2.

Staff me.bers do not speak / understand English. Water in the shower were luke warm.

The place architecture is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is eager to help you. I had an amazing experience. Will definitely come back.

Very convenient location for discovering Chiang Mai. The inner courtyard is really beautiful- especially during nighttime. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall very clean.

There was some strange smell in the bathroom (from the sewer?). The breakfast is rather simple with almost no variation. The bed is not very comfortable- very hard mattress. Though, all ok for few days.

They kindly accommodated our early arrival with a very pleasant living room waiting area. They were very helpful with anything we needed and the spaces were clean and comfortable

The location is very convinient. The pool is a good size and the gym is also in good shape. The stuff is friendly and the reception ins 24h. The rooms are spacious and clean, everything is in working conditions.

The fridge was empty but on and loud. The room would not turn dark, too many lights from the common area. The towels in a hotel must be white not dark colored. The fan for the humidity was also very loud.

Within walking distance from city centre and the night market! Really nice! The beds where really nice!!

The rooms where a bit noisy. We could sometimes hear the neighbors. But i was not an annoyance. With the ac on we didn't hear a thing

Not very clean, limited choices for breakfast, quite strong airconditioning that had to be on, otherwise it would be too warm in the room

An all round brilliant stay. Well designed and original hotel with a great team. I don’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food. But I really enjoyed my 4 days here.

Only downside is rooms are a tad small (bathroom door never fully opened- either blocked by hitting my bed or hitting the sink) and beds a bit firm

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Staff were amazing and helpful always leave the room very clean and very mindful of your belongings.

We had one of the larger rooms, which were situated on the 2nd floor in the back. The room was very nice, with a large comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly.

All was great, but for breakfast I would only do 2/3 days maximum, as there is not a lot of variety. Lots of good coffee places within a couple of minutes walking though.

This is a beautiful hotel. Traditional and a little different. The pool is lovely and there are lots of areas to sit and relax . Our room was spacious , comfortable and clean. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is great for the night market and away access to the old city.

Only minor issue as maybe the design of the shower which would be difficult for less able visitors.

No windows in the room, just doors towards the inner courtyard, so basically you need to keep your curtains closed all the time since people are passing. Humidity is felt all over the place. Breakfast was really poor.

Stunning hotel! Beautiful design, spacious, clean, fun to just walk around and explore all the lounge areas.

We had a mosquito net with us and installed it, otherwise we would have had a problem to sleep for sure, because there were many mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, no complaints really!

- The location was good. Close to touristy areas and local markets.- The hotel is very Instagram-able from the outside.- the staff are ultra friendly. The beds are nicely made daily.- decent pool and gym.

The rooms were not as good as its outside decor.- they used a big single glass door as both the window and the wall. Good as it might looks from the outside, the room lacked ventilation and sunlight. Cause there were no actual windows.- the bathroom smelt mouldy because of poor ventilation.- because there weren't any functional windows and the vent was only on when we were inside not sleeping, the room was very damp.- the curtain on the front glass door was a bit low. At night, lights from the outside are very disturbing.- the glass was single layer, not sound proof.- there was only one reachable socket in the room, and it was quite old.- on our ceiling, at a corner, there were some exposed wires. That's a safety concern.- poor wifi connection. The internet wasn't stable. I wasn't able to connect to YouTube smoothly.- breakfast was a okay. Minimum essential things only.- storage space was very limited
