Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai

There really aren't enough words to describe how magical this place is. We stayed in the residence and had a full-time house assistant. Aoi is her name and she is just beautiful. She took such great care of us and was happy to do so and I cried when it was time to leave, mainly because I adored her! The staff, the beauty, and the spa are a chef's kiss! This is my second time here and we always leave wanting more. I highly recommend!

This is the best resort we have ever stayed at.The nature is absolutely divine, the kindness and atentiveness of the staff was next level.The food in all the restaurants was perfect.The peace and sounds of birds and nature was heavenly. I wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back.

Literally nothing, it was perfect

Amazing stay, had high expectations but it exceeded. Really peaceful and beautiful everywhere. Highly recommend to do the activities offered. Breakfast is excellent. Gym equipped with new Technogym.

Would have been nice if we were informed about sauna. Was sad to find out only when we were leaving.

We had an amazing stay - felt cradled in nature, yet in the comfort of impeccable service and superb facilities. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a bouquet of pink roses, flower-decorated buggie to take us to our pavilion and special treats in the room.

The rooms were clean and the hotel property was amazing. The best was the turn down service.

Felt the staff was very sales driven. Got the feeling they saw me like a cash cow. The hotel is nice but you can get the same experience from a boutique 5 star for half the price. WiFi did not work properly. Had to ask few times to get an extender added to the room. The hot water in the shower was so temperamental. Told the staff about it. Engineering came but nothing was done.

Amazing place. We took the poolview villa and was incredible. Swimming under the rain is an experience.

Beautiful greenery, gardens, flowers and plants just stunning. This is an example of sustainable approach in the hotel. Herbs and vegetables comes from the hotel garden. Amazing place for luxury relaxation

Thai food selection could be better but it was great anyway

We had an amazing time! The 2 bedroom villa is huge, beautiful and very private. The whole resort is stunning. The hospitality of the staff was perfect, and they accommodated all our extra requests and needs. They even found away to involve the kids in the cocking class although its ment only for adults and it was one of the best experiences for the whole family during our 2 weeks in Thailand.

Really hard to say anything bad about the resort as everything was thought out and usually what you would expect at this price range (much better than most 5 star resorts) but the the rooms are a bit old and it shows in some places.The food was good but not on the same level as the rest of the experience (except for the cooking class, which was awesome! ) .

The food, service and overall scenery(including grounds and room) were outstanding

My only complaint was the quantity of tours that placed their customers there. The draw of this hotel is the scenic beauty and solitude surrounding a beautiful rice field. At the price that I paid, I expected to have the peaceful solitude and not the large groups drinking in the pool and at meals.

The lush grounds and pool. The terrace / balcony was lovely too.

It’s quite far from the Old City. And the activities such as yoga are really expensive.

‏We are a couple traveling for a month in Thailand for our honeymoon and this is the best hotel we have been to! If you come to the Chiang Mai area, don't miss it!‏ We stayed at the pool villa and didn't want to leave so we booked an extra night.‏ The hotel is amazing in its beauty, but what really made our stay is the amazing staff there who studied our needs and always knew what we wanted ahead of us.‏Special thanks to Mr. Prime or as we called him Mr Supreme! who gave us personal attention and the feeling that we always have a friend here at the resort. He even helped us to plan the rest of our trip! ❤️❤️‏A huge thanks to the amazing team, we will remember every moment of this special vacation Hope to see you soon ?

Staff are wonderful cannot do enough for you no matter the pool man cleaner waitress or waiter

Acoustics poor between rooms you can hear others

The hotel is one of the best I ever been in!! The size of the room was gigantic!!! The garden was unbelievable beautiful, clean, well maintained!! It was perfect!! I have been in 5 star hotels over the world and this is the best I have been in!!!

Everything was perfect

Simply magnificent. Marina and staff was very helpful. Views from room and around resort were so earthy. Loved the buffalos and the cultural farmer rice field singing in afternoon. Pool and hot spa were delightful. Service was top standard. Sitting out on balcony was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was very good.

Villas were surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, felt like we were waking up in nature everyday. Grounds were very well maintained, loved the paddy fields and farm.Hotel staff and service exceeded expectations. Everyone knew and addressed us by our individual names, they went above and beyond to delight and make our stay special. I was also pregnant and they took extra care of me, going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable even while visiting attractions outside the hotel.Hotel also offered complimentary experiences like rice planting and buffalo bathing which added to the richness of our holiday and experience.
