Loved the location , clean and the rooms were comfortable

The property is spotless. The owner is also the primary manager. Excellent staff. Great soft jazz background music in the reception/breakfast area. Beautiful pool area.

Perfect location for lantern festival IMO. One block away from 7/11. Easy to get out of old city to see other locations. God and I wish I just left more time to chill in the pool! The view is amazing ??! The staff is some of my favorite people I met in Thailand. Ive never wanted to live in a hotel… but I would live here!

I dont know if there is anything not to like? The only thing that could be a tiny bit better is shower water temperature (I think this is a cultural shock for me and not a hotel thing) hotest temperature is a really comfy warm just not scaulding hot like I take at home ?

This hotel is stunning. The design fits in well with historic Chiang Mai. The building is brand new and felt great quality. The courtyard with the trees is pretty, and the pool is the best view with the temple across the road. The coffee and breakfast available in the lobby coffee shop is affordable, and the breakfast toasts were amazing! The location is also perfect, on the edge of the square, right near North Gate. The best part was the staff, the owner was always there in the mornings to chat, and everyone else throughout the day and the cleaning staff were all so helpful.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable hotel with amazing helpful, friendly staff. We felt so looked after and they gave loads of great tips and recommendations. Fantastic location, super close to old town and a great jazz bar with live music every night. Oh, and delicious breakfasts too!

exceptionally clean....beds very comfortable as well as bedding. Great location...easy walking to old city ...direct access to walking along the waterway

I would recommend providing access to the coffee machine in the lobby before 7:30 for early risers!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us some good advice on the food to try around the old town.When we were waiting for our pickup for the elephant sanctuary the host called them multiple times to get the update on their whereabouts.

Lovely new hotel with very comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and a lovely staff. Good location. Good value. And an Espresso machine!

Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, delicious breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff, nice location, we loved this place and would highly recommend! We also loved Chiang Mai so much! Close to lots of things including yummy ice cream and a seven eleven! The (I assume) owners went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and helped when I forgot something in the room way after check out!

Location is fantastic. Its a walking distance to one of my favorite restaurant: Baan Landai Fine Thai Cuisine, and music venue: The North Gate Jazz Co-Op. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The view from the pool is beautiful - You're in the busy part of town yet surprisingly peaceful. Nevermind that the room has no view - it has ample light, bathroom is clean, room is spacious. Despite a see-through bathroom, its well shield with blinds if you're sharing a room.

The WC seem to smell a little after flushing, but it resolves after awhile.

Beautiful new property with old world feel and charm. Tar and Prae were extremely friendly and helpful with good suggestions on things to do and making arrangements for tours, spas, etc. all around excellent! Excellent coffee and breakfast at their cafe in the reception area. Location near the North Gate in the old city was perfect and easily accessible to the whole city.

The hotel was super clean and the room very nice and comfortable. It's a very nice small hotel - room and en suite is nice clean and new. Great shower. The owner was very helpful to get transportation and make reservations for us. We also had the coffee and breakfast and it was delicious. The staff did a super job of keeping everything around the hotel clean including the pool area.

Only down side is the pool was a little bit noisy due to the hotel is on a heavily traveled road. I just put my head phones and it was nice a cool and relaxing. It's in the shade in the afternoon.

The design of the building is good, you can take nice pictures here. Very clean and new, the location is great.

It would be better if there is a hot water kettle for each room and the shower water could be warmer.

We had a wonderful stay at Coucou hotel! Everything was perfect: central location, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and facilities and super friendly staff. The coffee and breakfast were amazing as well. One can really tell that this young couple runs their business with passion! Our best hotel in Thailand so far ?

Beautifully designed, new hotel, with a pretty pool run by a young enthusiastic couple. Close to the old town. The rooms are not big but that is expected in Chiang Mai but the interiors elegant, lots of wood, and the bathrooms are fabulous.

The location was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The pool is lovely. Staff were very accommodating. We had some breakfast requirements and they went out of their way to source them. A lovely stay

Staff at the reception is gorgeous. Excellent service. We felt like home at this hotel and would definitely go back.

Hoy water and pressure were not working 100% but it did not bother us much.

The hotel is very new and all facilities are in top condition. The owners are a lovely couple and they do a good job to ensure your stay goes well. The pool is nice and refreshing too.

There isn't much common area, so for a large group there may not be many places to hang out. The location is ok, on the square that defines the old town, but there it's fairly busy around the entrance and not too many obvious attractions nearby.
