Baan Saen Fang Chiang Mai

The location of the hotel was good. The room was very spacious, bed very comfortable. Night market, restaurants, 7/11 stores all were very close by. Receptionists were helpful.

The floor was not up to the expectation. It looks old. Reception area is not large and comfortable for hanging out. We lost our piece of jewelry in the hotel. We should have been more careful. Did not realize until after the check out.

Lovely and clean place. Steps from all necessities, yet still a quiet and calm getaway from the busy streets. Staff were warm, friendly, and very responsive.

Have stayed here several times. Feels like home. Beautiful, comfortable and private. Love it.

Pathway outside on way to room very slippery, very easy to fall. Staff was quick to attempt to rectify. Food quality, quantity a bit lacking (breakfast). Options nearby hotel.

The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere from here. The hotel was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were medium firmness, supportive, great pillows and so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Lovely cleaners.There is also a great massage parlour right next door.

Such a beautiful haven amongst the bustling city. The rooms and gardens are stunning.

Nothing! I loved it! I would only say the area around the pool is small but it is still beautiful and there are only about 5 rooms so it is very quiet.

the room is big and the location is great. the place has only few cabins so it was not many people.

breakfast was ok, they serve it to the porch and bring coffee, eggs and jelly, orange juice and fruit and some vegetables, we couldn’t choose the portion size or preferred food.also, we stayed at room number 105 and the neighbors have a chicken that rooster crowed all night and we could sleep!!!!!

Decent room and bathroom. Nice staff, although communication in English is a bit difficult.

Balcony/terrace was at the backside of the bungalow, between the bungalow and a wall. Almost no sunlight, hence quite cold. Had booked the best room category and, despite being the only guest, didn't get one of the nicer and brighter pool-facing bungalows with much nicer terraces. Breakfast mediocre.
