Melia Chiang Mai

Very nice swimming pool and pool bar. The lobby is nicely designed and welcoming. The hotel breakfast buffet is excellent.

The elevators in this hotel are slow. The location is not that central.

Location was great for night market

Hotel was exceptional, service was 5 stars.

Location

Rooms and small - bathroom was quite tight. Only two elevators which meant long wait many times to get down to the lobby or up to the room.

The location to the night market and how family friendly it is.

The rooftop menu and service. A location of your caliber should have more than 1 full service restaurant.

Great location and friendly staff. If you’re traveling with kids, the kids room is great.

Beautiful! Friendly staff and good location.

I had cold water half the time I was there and had to ask twice for the issue to be resolved.

Wonderful stay with very good amenities. Staff was beyond kind and helpful. Loved the experience. Location is decent, not far of the action but also far enough to relax. The rooftop bar is delightful. Definitely a recommend

Spacious room, lot of complimentary services like afternoon tea, happy hour, and free ironing of one piece of clothing per night. Breakfast spread was amazing. Service is excellent. Location is central to everything. Highly recommend this stay!

Nothing!

Nice staff. Felt very welcomed. The beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice.

The soundproofing is not very good. Easily could hear the voice from the next door. The ceiling was low, which makes the space feels a bit closed in.

We did not have the breakfast as it was not included in our room and it felt too expensiveIt was not far from the old city and was easy to walk or take a grab to many thingsThe facilities were excellent and our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center and pool were excellent

The whole hotel is amazing - rooms, food, spa, gym, pool, customer service. I highly recommend a stay here! It’s also near the night market and easy walk into old city without being too close. My spa experience with Maddy was exceptional! She accommodated to the strength of the massage I wanted and overall was so kind. The spa experience is definitely worth it!The staff here is so kind and provide exceptional customer service. Kudos to Guitar, Bonus, Arena, the trainees, and so many more amazing staff members!!

Everything was great!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice size room with good layout. Very clean and well maintained.

Friendly staff, everything was clean, good veracity of food in the hotel breakfast

Just 2 elevators to the all hotel cause to a big waiting time.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpfulThe hotel is right by the night market and many restaurants and barsThe breakfast was rich and delicious

The room was big and very comfortable, with great shower. The location is great near the night market. The staff were mostly very nice. The breakfast was really good. The pool was really nice.Overall we felt it was good value for money

The elevators sometimes took really long time to get to the floor. It could get up to like 3-4 minutes wait to an elevator, which was a little annoying. Also we needed to do an early check in and late check out. When we arrived early for the check in the receptionist told us there are no rooms available, but when we kindly insisted she gave us one. For the check out we requested the night before a late check out, to which the receptionist replied that they are fully booked. We didn’t argue or anything. We checked and we saw that they are in fact not fully booked. It’s ok that it’s not an option to do these late or early check out / in but we disliked the dishonesty.Still we gave 10 because it was really a great hotel and I would absolutely come back

Great proximity to night markets. Lobby lounge serves excellent coffee. Kids play area is top notch! Swimming pool, kids water zone and gym were excellent!

The ceiling heights to 2nd floor were extremely low. One had to take care to not bump head.

Great hotel. This is my 3 rd time here The rooms are specious and cleanService is greatBreakfast is amazing

Breakfast was good.

Bathroom is quite small. But the room is spacious.

Facilities were well maintained and the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Staff is extremely helpful. Very conveniently located next to the night bazaar. We had a wonderful stay.
