Nice location and decent price.

Room was very dark, no direct lighting so it was impossible to read at night. Bathroom floor stayed wet from tub.

The pool is nice. And the vibe is ok.

The hotel rooms need major refurbishing, the pictures on the booking website are far from reality. You could argue with the low price / value ratio, but the rooms are simply dirty and non hygienic. Stay away from this one.

Beds not comfortable, rooms dark and need updating, not many sunbeds around the pools and those that were there were broken.

Lovely little paradise, just outside the old city and China town. Nice pool area and chilled room.

The swimming poor is very cheerful. The staff are kind to help. The location is very convenient to go to the most famous sceninc spots.

The hot water was not working well. Fortunately, the staff nicely responded but the water heater was out of order several times. The staff finally arranged my wife and kids to take a shower at another room and asked engineers to repair the water heater several times. Finally the staff refund one night fee to us. I look forward to a more consistant basic hot water supply at the room.

Fabulous pool and very laid back atmosphere in central old city location. Lots of bars restaurants nearby

The way guests sneak out early morning and bag subbed all day. No collective spirit. Also lot of smoking in pool area despite no smoking signs

The pool was nice, lots of sun. The location is also great, very close to the Thapae Gate, but in a quiet area.

The hotel is quite rundown, internet was really bad. Not enough sun beds by the pool, so if you didn't run to get a spot first thing in the morning, you couldn't find any place left. Facilities and amenities are old style, and it seemed not enough interest or care to actually provide something a bit better, such as a better internet, cable tv, more modern amenities...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Nice good sized swimming pool. Good rooms, nice bathroom, good shower. Comfortable bed. Pretty quiet area, just a short walk away from the moat

Housekeeping didn't seem to be aware our room was occupied. Had to help myself to water bottles and toilet paper from the trolley. They never made our bed, changed the towels or resupplied the room with coffee. Not a big deal really, didn't impact our stay.

Garden and Pool is so beautiful and relaxing. Shower is hot and good water pressure. The location is prefect, 2 nice cafes within 50 metres, not far to walk to the old city or night brazzar market. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. No traffic outside won't wake you up if you want to sleep in.

Only thing is I can hear the next door talking in the early morning. I'm not sure if it is because of the door between two rooms. Maybe not all the room is like that.
