Somwang Boutique House

The location of the hotel was good.

The staff werent very helpful- no offer of a map or help with anything to do in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was also very disappointing- we had it the first morning and the rest of the time we were there we went out to breakfast places around us instead.

The service and staff assistance are exceptional. The breakfast is rich, offering a wide variety of fruits alongside traditional dishes. The entire atmosphere reflects a sense of serenity and calm.

This hotel is amazing. So clean, cute, and the staff was so helpful and kind about every detail. The provided breakfast

Great breakfast, helpful staff, peaceful hotel, free use of washing machine.

The location is fabulous! You can walk to many restaurants and the weekend street market. The breakfast was decent but wish it opened earlier as many tours pick you up prior to opening. Free washing machine!

The room smelled musty!! The shower was tiny so water went everywhere and the black mold was hard to ignore. The pool was cold so we didn't use it.

The location was just excellent, staff kind, room comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

One of the room we took, standard, was very tiny. The other rooms were a bit more pricy but much more comfortable.

Nice olace, locate 15 min walking from night bazar, near by resturent, pubs in old town

The air condition was realy noize i couldnt sleep. , they fixed day after, but it leaking after that.Beside this it was good place

Friendly helpful staff in a small, quiet locationGreat breakfast

Location is perfect, great room size and bed

Good value, rooms adequate breakfast not too bad

Pool was very small

This is a value hotel. Room is plain and simple but, priced accordingly. The location is great, the breakfast fantastic.

No complaints at all.

Everything!! The staff are so helpful and nice, the pool although cold and I didn’t swim but the atmosphere around was so pleasant, we just sat down there all afternoon. They have washing machines and detergent so you can wash your clothes with no charge. Breakfast is peaceful and great!Great location.Honestly I loved everything about this place. I wish we could stay longer but it was already all booked!

The window in the room is facing the inner patio , although we are on the second floor it’s a bit uncomfortable to have the windows open to air the room out. But it would stop me from staying here longer if it was available.

Location

Shower no water presure, breakfast room , small , food is basic

An utterly beautiful property with wonderful staff. The free guest laundry is a real bonus. The pool is a great size and was well used. The included breakfast superb. Everything perfect, I'm coming back.

Better than perfect, can not think of a single thing to improve in this hotel.

Loved this place. The hotel staff were so nice, breakfast was fine, the room was always cleaned and got free water bottles everyday. The location is 10/10 as there are a lot of good restaurants around, close walk to the market etc. the pool was really nice as well.

A bit pricey compared to other hotels in chiang mai

Overall stay was good. Washing machine was a great bonus!

I put some items in the safe deposit at the front desk. Wish they have a better system, like a receipt to retrieve your items or a separate safe without the key hanging on it behind the desk.

Te staff went above and beyond to provide a to go breakfast when we had to leave early on excursions. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel is well located, near the Sunday Market. A 7 11 is nearby with lots of other restos in the surrounding area. The staff were excellent and waited for our arrival till.past midnight. Breakfast is simple but filling. They cleaned the room everyday even without we telling.. Overall, it is highly recommended.

LOVED the location. For the price it’s exactly what you’d expect it to be so I was very happy with our stay. Complimentary laundry was a game changer. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The coffee/wine bar (Meilleur) a couple doors down was a daily visit for us so would recommend as well!

Nice hotel. Great location. Everything clean. Nice pool area with a lot of (very welcome) shade.
