The Twenty Lodge

The staff was so friendly and helpful an I absolutely loved them. The hotel was very clean and nice and located in Old Town which was in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and if not its in an ideal location to get a taxi.

The property is even more beautiful than the photos and feels like a peaceful tropical oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel like family. The rooms are full of charm and heritage elegance, very clean, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It is a lovely boutique hotel offering excellent value for money.

Our room had limited natural light due to its position, though this wasn’t the case for all rooms. The room itself was cozy and beautiful, and the very comfortable bed made up for it.

Great location in the old part of the city. Staff were exceptionally helpful arranging taxis for our trips and advice on places to see. Breakfast buffet was large and varied.

We stayed 6 nights. The wifi network worked fine until our last full day, then the signal was weak and kept dropping. We did report the issue, but they weren't able to fix it. That was a bit inconvenient and annoying.

The rooms were a dark with minimalLighting and electrical outlets. Lacked water pressure and water not hot enough.

This very charming lodge is lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The courtyard is beautiful with many plants. It was quiet. The location is in Old Town without being among all the noise. We had no problem getting places by Tuk Tuk or walking.

The coffee is really not good. Breakfast was extensive, but often not very hot. Pool is tiny with few comfortable places to hang out. Do not take the "red taxi" tours. We recommend booking through Viator or other such tour companies for a more comfortable journey.

Very relaxing and quiet with very nice amenities! The staff was very helpful with our planning and had a wonderful foot massage!

Staff are super. The court/garden is excellent. We like the breakfast and the cleanness. Overall quiet and peaceful.

The beds are too hard and squeaky. Bathroom has unsafe and unfriendly layout. The toilet seat located right against the glass door of the shower, we bumped into the glass pretty hard a few times. It is pretty hard to sit straight on the toilet seat due to the limitation of the space. It would be better to put some hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels.

It was in a good location and the staff were excellent. We loved the pool. It was perfect to relax before a late night flight.

It was an oasis in Old Town Chiang Mai. The room was gorgeous and the grounds so green & peaceful. The staff were fabulous - we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The hotel is cute, you feel you are in the jungle. The room is big and nicely decorated. The staff is nice and helpful. They accommodated our early breakfast request and they helped us arrange a private tour to Doi Suthep. Breakfast was ok but not impressive. The hotel was around 20min walk from the old city center.

No elevator. Lots of mosquitos because of the vegetation and no mosquito screens on the windows of the room.

The only feedback is that the breakfast was cold when we served ourselves- other than that, our stay was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is down a side street and is a little oasis in the old city of Chang Mia. The staff are very friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fairly large which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was always hot and a selection of various items was provided on a daily basis. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at the Twenty Lodge and will stay there again the next time I am in Chang Mai. Also the hotel is in a good position to walk to many attractions in and around the city.

Amazing little hotel in the old city of Chiang Mai. The staff are super nice and they care about the guests, the rooms are big and spacious and the lush pool is a life saver in the heat.

Cozy boutique villa in old city, quiet and nice place.

The included breakfast was very good and the location was easy walking distance to many attractions such as the Sunday Night Market, restaurants, and temples.

The stairs to my room on the top floor of the house were very steep (two flights), however the room itself was huge with a beautiful view of the garden and pool.
