Hotel O Bupatara Chiangmai

Good location.

There were no curtains around the beds in the mixed dorms and no lights by the bed which is a shame.

Thermostat at Hotel O Bupatara Chiangmai responded immediately to adjustments. Maintained comfortable temperature for sleeping and working. Individual room control essential. Climate comfort enhanced productivity and rest quality.

Private check-out avoided morning crowds. The seating area provided ergonomic chair that prevented back pain during extended laptop work sessions daily.

Bed was comfortable and they provided waters daily

The floor of the bathroom, (non-shower room), was wet, and when you stepped in the tiles in the floor more water came up. The walls of the room were very dirty, marked by years of Travellers and not cleaned or repainted.

The staff were very friendly, it was in a good location and had a nice pool and it was very affordable.

I booked a 6 bed dorm and there 12 beds it was not as advertised. The room was unclean and there were lots of ants in the beds and unclean bathrooms. The beds very very uncomfortable and didn’t seem stable and they creaked and shook a lot.

There was no sink in the bathroom, but it was on the balcony, not convenient

The staff was diligent, friendly, cute and lively, which makes the hotel full of vitality and does everything possible to help the tenants solving the potential problem.

The facilities are old and dirty that need to be repaired. The mosquito net prevent the door from being completely closed. The water heater feels like there is a risk of electric leakage and electric shock. Most wifi connections don't work at all.

Good location. Friendly staff. Has a small pool which was clean. Our room was adequate but felt it could do with a really good clean. If someone spent a little time and love on this place they could offer so much more.

In an interesting pocket, very central in the old town. Great spaces around the hotel. Very sweet staff.The hotel bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was very powerful.

Firstly they have an ultra weird setup of their hotel rooms with the shower/toilet in one room and the sink being on the other side of the wall. Secondly the pipe for the bathroom sink was not properly attached to the floor so when I would be washing my face or brushing my teeth the remains would end up resurfacing on the floor. Thirdly the photos in the booking site are not replicas of the space (I think more alike to their other facilities). Fourthly I rented this space for a fridge, that was in the pictures, and it was not there. Fifthly the pool was a murky disaster when I arrived. And finally, and in my mind the most important, the wifi did not work in my room. I would need to go to the lobby to connect to anything.

It’s Dirty the staff is not helpful and unfriendly, there are dead and alive insects all over the floor, the blankets were dirty the sheets were dirty and yellow, there is mold in the bathroom

I didn’t even get to stay here cause they said I didn’t have a room when I did, then they had the nerve to still charge

the fact that the hotel was downtown

the rooms was old and not very clean, same for the swimming pool very blurry and suspicious.

Cleaning services of hotel was optimum which enhances hygiene and reduces scope of diseases and infection. Best place for staycation.

I was highly gratified with the Smoke alarms throughout the stay which showcased there concern over safety. The living area gave me space to relax.
