Really nice place to stay but definitely pictures looks better. Nice friendly staff and great food at the restaurant.

I liked that it is a relaxing environment.

I didn’t like the food at dinner. The breakfast I only got once, but seemed good. I just thought our dinner wasn’t good and definitely opted to go out to eat or order Grab.

Three breakfasts and two dinners...the food was quite average for the price.

Everything is jusr perfect. a quiet hotel, in the green area of Chian Mai. The design is beyond words. the room is wide and beautiful, the tea green fields between the buildings is perfectly connecting to the Thai culture. the restaurants are top quality. i was there for the second time, and can't wait for the third.

that i had to leave soon.

Stylish design, huuuuge territory, and, of course, the pool is the best way to spend time during a hot dry day in Chiang Mai.

Breathtaking views and location. At first glance and for your entire trip it’s a very beautiful and peaceful hotel. The staff are very kind. Hotel has a lot of pools, activities and the food was good. Free shuttle service

Lacks attention to detail, facilities are damaged, walls in the rooms are moldy and for example the flush of the toilet was broken too. For a five star it should be more careful on these details. Consider you will be 30 mins away from the city.

Fabulous scenery, stylish brutalist architecture, comfortable bed, very attentive staff, perfect peaceful location. Walk to the white temple is a close but steep!

We had a stunning view from our suite across the rice paddies and trees. Full board evening meal was fine. Pool area was lovely with great views of the temple. The Spa was lovely but relatively expensive.

Quite remote and a long walk to anything around but hotel will get taxis. Would suggest full board.

their pool is the biggest selling point. the dinner restaurant has a really good chef.

Unfortunately, American hospitality consulting companies often recommend constant music, disrupting the natural ambiance—guests even hear breakbeat electronic music during breakfast, which ruins the morning peace. Music continues at the pool as well, adding unnecessary noise.The breakfast experience is lacking, offering only a fast-food coffee machine instead of a proper Italian espresso machine, and the selection mainly consists of low-quality items.The rooms are generally well-designed, with effective main curtains; however, there’s an issue with the walk-in closet. This closet has its own window facing the exterior hallway, covered only by a thin, transparent curtain. As a result, light from the hallway seeps in all night, making it impossible to achieve complete darkness.It’s a shame, as the staff is incredibly kind and the location is unbeatable. With better management, this place could truly shine.

- Hotel is in a nice quiet area, the grounds are well kept and provides a very relaxing atmosphere.- Breakfast had great selection of foods, evening restaurant was also really enjoyable and atmospheric with the sounds of nature. (Worth noting there is limited nearby restaurants and shops)- Staff were very accommodating, and provided flexibility when we needed to change part of our booking.

- Pool area has limited seating, tranquillity was often disturbed by adults/ children learning to swim.- Some areas of the hotel would benefit from repair as appear slightly warn.- Would be good to have the option to open a tab at the pool, opposed to needing to sign each time something new is ordered.- Couldn’t find a single place within the hotel room to hang towels so they needed draping over chairs.- Hotel has low lighting in the evening that some guest with poor eyesight might find challenging.

The coffee at the breakfast is slow and not so good. Nonfeesh juices.

Great hotel, great staffs very helpful, delicious food and stunning infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view. Location is good and very calm with beautiful mountains around.Good for relaxing but not for visiting around the city. Quite remote location.Insects and lizards are expected given that the hotel is located close to a Jungle (+ Tropical Country)PS: Don't go if you are scared of spiders :)

Need to walk quite a bit from the private villas to the front desk/restaurants or take a buggy during night times

The location is just perfect for nature lovers, very serene and quiet. The staff and service is good (can be better). The cart service is always available to assist. The rooftop swimming pool views. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of location, views and peaceful surroundings

The breakfast was a little lacking for Muslim or non far asian residents, and the hotel promised to improve. The bed was harder than expected (housekeeping tried to improve it, but maybe mattresses need a re visit). Room service food standard is below par,although food at the hotel restaurant was way better. Had to order from Grab for the kids the next day.

The higher room for breakfast had breathtaking views of the mountains. It was nice being away from downtown for relaxation but it did feel far from anything we wanted to do outside the resort. The staff was very nice and welcoming! When our tv wasn't working staff came promptly to help trouble shoot. The room wasnt as nice as expected for the price but again the views were worth it and overall was a great stay!

The room was very spacious and well-maintained. The plunge pool was clean and refreshing. The swimming pool has a gorgeous view and there were only a few other people around. It was nice to enjoy the high tea by the pool too. The breakfast was adequately varied and the food was well prepared and served. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Not a good isolation, so if there are some noisy guests, unfortunately you cannot sleep completely relaxed!
