- 1. Dark corridor on the floors to the rooms. Literally, the whole corridor is dark during the day.2. Tripping & fall hazard after stepping out of elevator, need to navigate a step down to corridor floor. Step not visibilty-marked and a dark corridor are recipe for accidents and potential lawsuits.3. Torn wallpapers and furniture panel.4. Pillows were not comfortable.5. Lack of labeling, e.g. Body wash from shampoo, A/C switch, water heater switch, etc.6. One switch for all lights in room, no separate bedside switch. Either switch on all lights or all dark.
- Pubic hair in toilet seat. Caught cockroache. Difficult to control water temperature air conditioner noisy. Sounded like the exorcist.

The bed was comfy, enough space

The location was perfect for getting to the bus station in the morning.
The breakfast was a disappointment considering the price paid for it. The bathroom had a lot of leaks, including the soap dispenser.
