The location

The overbooked my stay and when I came late at night they had to figure out where I’ll sleep.Had to move in the middle to a different room which is really uncomfortable but had to pay the same amount

i was on the ground floor, my window was next to a restaurant's kitchen & toilet so very noisy at night. if you can avoid ground floor's rooms.mold on the bathroom's wall

Very comfortable and spacious , good bathroom. Very clean. Fresh towels every day. Good location and lovely friendly staff. Lovely cafe/ restaurant just downstairs with great breakfast and coffee too

They charged me 50baht (like 0.20€) for the toilet paper. The landlord says “we provide only 1 roll per night” and asked me money for it.

They chaeged different price from the original cost. Charged more.

staff were fairly unhelpful , had a family of ants in my room when i showed the lady at the front who i assume was running the place as well she just laughed and said okay. ants in the bathroom as well. extremely overpriced , should be priced at about £1.50 over £11 . STAY CLEAR OF THIS ‘HOTEL’

There is a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel (not sure they are same company). Location was in the old city walls, easy walking to chill restaurants, massages, 7/11. Great vibe walking around, people watching. Would stay again.

Room didn't have a table and chairs for eating in the room, though there were two large chairs in the room for relaxing in. I think a small table, with smaller chairs (because of space considerations) would be more useful for guests.

The toilet was blocked before we arrived, the beds were pretty hard and there were ants everywhere, ants in the bed, ants in the wardrobe kept killing them with mosquito spray

Couldn’t breathe all night.

The whole street stinks. The hotel stinks as well.Feels like living in the office at the factory bc the room has thin walls and a window to a corridor.

One of the reasons I fell in love with Thailand! The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, and the location is strategically near restaurants, market/ shops, temples and food markets.

The bed was comfy, Shower was ok.

Towels were very thin, massive cob webs behind door inside obviously been missed by cleaners this month.

Good value. I have stayed at this hotel 4X and it's been a fine choice, price, location. Would stay again.

It's near the most of anything I want with cheap price (night market, massage, bar, 7-11, food,...)The staff is friendly. Water and shower gel will be in front of your door everyday if you wake up late or go out soon.

The bed is a little bit hard and it's not stable (it'll move if you sit on its side)White lamp will have the noisy sound when you open it

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. A safe space to sleep, that’s about it. Balcony with chairs was nice . Showers and toilet were fine. Staff were so sweet as always in Thailand. Location was good and central

Great location, clean, nice staff, good aircon and water and toiletries were replenished daily. Also there is a restaurant on site that does big portions for cheap!

Although the beds were big they weren’t the comfiest.
