Breakfast have to improve more attractive, Room quite clean, comfortable and goo location

The staff are super nice. The food at the Indian restaurant was amazing, best indian food I had for a while.

The room size could be a bit larger, there is not enough room for the luggage (if you bring a large suitcase).

Wonderful location. Close to shops and great food and anything that you might need. Old town is a short grab ride or longer leisurely walk away. Breakfast is not to be missed. A huge selection of food including fresh fruit and veggies. The rooms are spotless but cozy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again

The toilet at the car park basement has stinky smell probably from the sewerage system. The hotel management should look into this issue.

Towels and bed sheets are rather old and has suspicious tiny brown specks. Was itching in bed for the whole night and cluster of angry red spots appear on body next morning, probably allergies.

Food came from hotel next door, so eggs in the morning were all precooked, for the price this was unacceptable for me, so went elsewhere.

Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, which made me feel right at home. The room was simply yet modernly decorated, with a cozy color scheme, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the bathroom design—it was not only spacious but also equipped with high-quality toiletries, making the experience truly relaxing.Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. I not only received excellent service but also felt the thoughtful attention to detail. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely return.

Easy parking, dog friendly, clean and with friendly staff.Will not hesitate to return on my next trip to Chiang Mai.
