Beautiful property with river views in the back. Coffee shop on the property and a dining facility for a set breakfast of your choosing. Seating areas throughout the property to sit relax, Nice pool with lounge chairs. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was spacious and nice. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed

The property as a whole is fabulous. I think my only issue is that the roads to the city center from the property are not very walkable or Bicycle friendly.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

I would be nicer if I could see the Pagoda more clearly. Wish the hotel has an easier access from the front of the hotel to the room.

Musak in coffee sjop at breakfast and at the pool. Turn it off listen to the birds. Pool a bit cold.

The breakfast choices was great. They had nice view at the back. The pool was nice with a relaxing peaceful garden area where our room could walk out to. They also had a bathtub in the room.

Quite a bit of stairs but not a big issue with our small luggage.

the establishment is very simple. I am not at all satisfied with the breakfast. From bread to coffee to cold dishes that must be eaten hot. we gave up eating breakfast on the 2nd day.

Avoid this hotel. It’s not like on the photos. Very shabby. The room smells and looks awful. There are a lot of complains about stolen things from the room. Extremely noisy on the street.

One of the best hotels we've been in Chiang Mai, everything is just so beautiful and a small coffee shop with amazing desserts on the territory next to the river, awesome experience!

Nice and Well maintained property at the driver Ping. There was no Problem with flys. Clean Pool approx 20x7m. Clean and generous room. Comfortable bed. Very eine Breakfast as buffett with order in a spezial room with great view to Garden and Pool. airconditon bot too loud, but there was cigarette smell from neighbor room in my Appartement.

Wifi in room rather bad not useable. In breakfastarea and poolsite ok. Shower less treasure, warm water rare. Toiletroom top short for Toilet. You need to keep slidedoor open to sit and stand, than possible to close. Distance to old town about 5 km... 97 bath Taxi

The rooms are the best we’ve had in Thailand so far, the bath is just fantastic. The bed was gigantic and so comfortable! Items in the mini bar were not a rip off like some other hotels, the staff were so friendly and approachable and would help you with anything they could. Could not have asked for a better property!

Housekeeping really lets this hotel down. Dirty towels. Front of house at night doesn’t create a good impression.

The room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in so far in Thailand. The pool has an amazing view and it’s the perfect temperature. The staff was helpful and kind.
