Nice modern hotel with clean facilities.The room was lovely and the bedroom was great. The location was good it is slightly out of the way but its close enough to old town. It was an enjoyable stay and would stay ahain.We've arrived early and staff was happy to put our bags away whilst we explored.

We didn't like that upon checking in we had to pay 500 baht for security for a room card which is a bit strange as we've never been asked that whilst travelling Thailand.Breakfast was okay more variety of European food would have been nice. They offered omelette and fried eggs but nobody was ever at the station to male you the eggs.

Plumbing pipes were very noisy in my room in the middle of the night. Breakfast was really average..

Great location with the markets within walking distance. Staff were great and didn’t mind looking after our luggage even after we had checked out so we could explore handsfree.

Options at breakfast were quite minimal; not exactly vegetarian appropriate

Great size clean room soft bed, great pool area , nice breakfast choices, staff were the best ever ,polite kind, it was our birthdays while there and they treated us to 2 slices of cake. Will never forget the kindness. 5*****+❤️

The hotel is just like in the pictures. It is very clean and nice and the personnel is extremely friendly.

The room was great, and we had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the space was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good. The only downside was that it was the same every day, but none the less if was tasty.

Very beautiful and stylish hotel, very nice to sit and work or read a book by the pool\cute comfy room they have with big sofas! for me the location was very good as staying in the old town is very busy and noisy. The room is sweet, the bed was very comfy, nice sofa and everything was very clean! Staff were so sweet and helpful! I felt amazing as a solo traveler!

there are no balconies, in any of the rooms, which I should have checked before :) Also the lights in the bathroom works on movement, so you can use the shower\toilet and the lights would just turn off themselves... very weird. And- I felt like the walls were very thin so I could literally hear every cough or talk from outside\the next room...

The room decor was great. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I loved being able to have toast with jam/butter and an omelet if I wanted it. Food was brought out fresh and covered.

My hot water went out so I had two cool water temperature showers. Which is not so bad considering the heat. But really, everyone loves a hot shower.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone visiting chiang mai and I will be back.

I loved everything, I can't fault it at all. From the decor to just the feeling of the room and the hotel, I loved it all l. It's the kind of vibe and theme I would go for if I was booking a hotel. It's a right gem, and the price is just great. There are a lot of shops and cafes just walking distance, China town was also a walking distance away as well as the bazaar. Though I eventually rook cab everywhere. Highly recommend.

The toilet is right next to the bed, a little uncomfortable hearing everything your friend is doing, but other than that, everything was perfect.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The decor and cleanliness is next level. Staff are super friendly and pool is awesome. Breakfast is great as well. 10/10!!!

Wish the pool was a bit colder but you probably can’t help that!

ok place, realy big and comfy rooms! in fact the largest youll get at that price probabaly. but the bathroom is i over a glass wall and it will wake you up if some one goes to pee in the middle of the night (the light switch automataicly)

Location is awful, dont compromise. its realy bad to start youre day with a 15 minute stroll to the old cityadd some extra money and be in a central place breakefast is ok, no more. doesnt have a clean taste, a bit of swear smell. but the hotel seems sanitary ok other than that

We arrived early and so had to check in early. And our room was ready without us having us having to request for early check in. Thank you for being so accommodating. Their staff are super friendly as well. Enjoyed our stay with them totally!

This hotel is amazing! We kept coming back here in between our side trips to Pai and Chiang Rai. The bed is SO comfortable! One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Such a great place to come back to after a long day out exploring. The aesthetic of the whole place is super cool. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. I highly recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed! I’m still reminiscing of our stay here!

Everything about this property was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and just lovely :) pool/breakfast area is just as pictured - stunning!! We stayed in the queen size room and was perfect for us (but not wouldn’t have wanted any smaller). Directly next door is a cute cafe and 5 mins from the hotel there are restaurants, street food and more. 10/10.

Lovely spacious bed rooms, very modern and clean.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, it’s not filled up to people who coke later also get a bit of everything and most of the hot food was cold.

Room is big so I can easily open my 29 inches luggage. Also the design of the room and the hotel is just amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Still can hear the sounds outside of the room. Especially someone closes their room doors in rude.
