The hotel is right on the Ping River and is architecturally very appealing. The rooms and decor are beautiful and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Best hotel I've ever been to.

I probably would have preferred it if the pool weren't heated but that's a small thing. I'm sure most people loved it.

Location

The sewer smell was so strong we had to move to a different room (cheaper room) they never refunded the difference on the room charges after they told us they would give us 10% off of 15,000 TBH per night. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Still paid 45,000 Total for the room that we didn’t stay.

I will say that the staff overall is very nice from the front desk to the concierge to the cleaning people. Jam especially took care of me at the front desk so I must give him a shout out. I will also say the morning staff tried their best to give their service with a smile. It was a solid place to stay for an extended amount of time. It is nice that they do have a washer and dryer which is very helpful

Although they did try to accomodate my vegan breakfast it was a bit tough for them to understand exactly what I wanted even though I did use google translate to explain to them. I would recommend that the chef truly try and understand more healthy options. It was a bit of a struggle and I stayed here for 17 nights. I wish the breakfast had healthier vegan not fried options. Also, it is more of a 4 star hotel not 5 star.

The pool is warm (despite it was drizzling). It was perfect to swim in. The room's size is good. The staffs are so attentive. The breakfast is so good.

There isnt any walk path if you decided to walk out to nearby restaurants.

Beautiful boutique property away from it all by the river. Nice touches to buildings, excellent rooms, good restaurant and pool, nice spaces allow you to make this place a trip in of itself

There is some construction around the area, a funky smell occasionally outside of our room that management addressed, otherwise no issues

Very high standard hotel, luxury feel and lovely gardens. Really comfortable beds, great air conditioning and spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were very helpful.

The river view rooms back onto the road. There is a glass door for soundproofing but you can still hear some traffic noise if you are sensitive to it. Earplugs recommended!

Comfortable rooms, great staff, breakfast buffet was very nice. I liked that they had laundry on site. Their dinner was so solid, great option if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel for dinner

We totally lucked out when we booked this hotel last minute due to an Airbnb snafu. The best parts of this hotel were its riverfront location (a great place to hang out or work), its overall relaxed and luxurious vibe, and its excellent rooms. There is a big Banyan tree right by the swimming pool and ponds with lots of fish. The pictures of the rooms on booking.com are fairly representative of what you'll get, and possibly undersell the room a little bit. The breakfast, while not quite "5-star hotel" quality, was decent. When we told the staff that we're vegetarians, they did their best to accommodate us.There is a self-service washer/dryer facility, which was very helpful in week 3 of our Thailand trip.

The location is not walkable to the old town, so consider the budget for Grab rides. Having said that, there is a famous Khao Soi restaurant and a Vegetarian restaurant right across the street.Not much to dislike about this property.

It's a little isolated from everything which is good and bad-- makes a lot of back and forth as in taxis but also makes a nice serene escape at the end of the day

Our room was very comfortable and very clean with complimentary coffee/tea/water/bathroom amenities etc. A really lovely pool area & very comfortable sun beds. Views amazing (of the river & sunset). The restaurant was very good. Best of all - the staff. Everybody was SO helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel for people looking for peace and quiet, a lovely pool and great service.

A little bit away from the main attractions but very easy and very cheap to get Tuk Tuks and Grab Taxis. The staff help you to get about without a problem.

What an oasis. Lovely property, close enough to the center of town, but away from the craziness / traffic. Staff are all incredible, and Jam was so much HELP and so lovely. Highly recommend this beautiful property for all reasons.

It has an incredible location by the Ping river. The hotel’s design feels historic and as if it fits into the landscape in a way many neighbouring buildings don’t. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with huge beds.

Could do with more gym equipment and abdominal/stretching mats
