Hug Nimman Hotel

It felt like a hostel. The front desk staff didn't greet you whenever you came in. They only give one room key, so it is tough for families that may want to come and go at different times or have a child napping and not want to wake them up , returning with no key.

Staff not helpful and overpriced

Good location in the center of Nimman, can walk around to famous shopping places and restaurants, cafes which is perfect for tourists. Pricing is excellent. Room is clean and facilities are sufficient and in good condition. And there is dedicated hotel's parking lot!

The hotel aged and started to show with minor spots of aging room here and there which is mostly acceptable. The parking area is available but need a bit of luck to be able to park before it is full.

The breakfast is normally very nicely balanced in food options on the hot side. However, this time the hot food was not very nice. Fried eggs overcooked - and the hot food selection very average.

Nice hotel for the price, with helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshing Bael drink and snack in the lobby.The convenience of checking out various eateries, cafes, money changers and massage shops. Spoilt for choices even if you stay for a few nights.

Mattresses are rather sunken. We (total 7 rooms) were there when the Earthquake happened on 28Mar25 n departed the next day. Tiles popped, cracked and fell off, cracked lines along many walls.Am concerned if the hotel gets professionals to ensure the structure is ok or get them strengthened and fixed.

- Planes flying to/from CNX are very loud from early morning till 1 am every day- The hotel looks way more rundown comparing to photos- Despite high cleaning standards everywhere, the bathroom kept smelling like sewage throughout our stay

Breakfast was ok with a strong emphasis on their Asian clientele which is understandable.

Unfortunately the property is in need of a major upgrade

Probably ok for an overnight stay, but it is very tired and run down. Did not receive a very warm welcome from the staff on duty at the time of check in. had booked 5 nights, but stayed one night and moved to another property, did not request a refund, hopefully they will use the extra money to perform some upgrades.

Reasonable choice and quality of breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very clean . Good value for money for this three star decent quality budget hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Nimman.

No obvious negatives.

Fantastic location, quick walk to just about everything. Just 10-15 mins from airport. Also for any tours that we booked, we were picked up later than other groups and dropped of first since we're just outside of town ;)

We booked the hotel because they listed a fitness center on booking.com, however when we arrived and I asked the front desk and they gave me an address outside of the hotel. Also low shower pressure.

ONLY Location + free drinking water.

- Very stinky and old towel. They smell like unwashed-wet towels.- Uncomforted - Sagging bed (stayed in twin-bed room)- Old- They arranged a reparation of the only elevator, during our stay so it was not available 10 -16.00 for 2 days continuously. The only elevator and being out of order during core hours was really awful. They only provided help on carrying baggages but how about your guests? especially those with mobility challenges? (no comment from front desk..)- Due to this elevator un-availability + mobility challenges, we had to leave the room before 10 and come back at 16.00 hoping to have elevator ready to use. Surprisingly, many guests were waiting at the lobby, and had to wait for another hour as no one cared to make sure the repairing guys respect the arranged hours.... Guests had to ask front desk many times to check those guys .....wt- Not worth the money.- One keycard, for 2 people.....- Not sound-proof, you could hear housekeeping in the early morning, your neighbours,..

We have requested Halal food in breakfast as part of our booking. The staff was kind enough to prepare separate dishes everyday we stay in the hotel. A big thanks to all for the gesture. The location was too good. Everything was at very near to the hotel.

Aircon too far Charger plot only have in a side of bed , if u close the light of the bed den u can’t use the charger plot as all will shut down

The front desk was helpful. Housekeeping does a very good job. Breakfast was great.

The mattress topper was partially sliding off
