I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well!

The only minor downside is that the location is a little bit out of downtown, but it wasn't a problem at all because Grab service is easily accessible and quick to arrive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

location is a little out of the way but the hotel staff was great. Hotel staff help us alot in getting a driver for the day. we were able to eat breakfast every morning. Food was good. The pool was such a cute location. Pool was a lot of fun.

Breakfast was terrible, we paid as part of room fee but never ate there after the first morning.not much hot water showers were always cold.

Staff were 12/10. The front of house, staff at restaurant were very welcoming. Any request was dealt with immediately. pricing and quality of food was excellent. Housekeeping staff were very welcoming, saying hello on every occasion, call it a feel good detail. When extra toilet paper, water was required, it was done immediately. Thanks to all staff

redesign of shower space could be upgraded. Bath with shower fitting, while a good idea, isn't a great one when the screen to prevent water going out is very short. Their was more water around the hob than the shower area. Felt sorry for housekeeping staff.Noise level when persons were in corridors for room access was loud. use to no sound so was unusual

The room is spacious. The staff are nice. The swimming pool is clean.

- Peaceful location- Breakfast and dessert is very delicious- Room is clean. I really love the pillow, soft but tide.- Staffs are very welcoming and service-minded.

The stuffs were very friend and helpful and the room were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not nice....not much to choose...better to take the room without breakfast.

They charge me 200 baht for the facial towel for small spots from cleaning cosmetics from my face. They told me that it can’t be cleaned. They showed me the spots are still there after they were trying to clean by hand??? Anyway, I would recommend you to have a black color towel and it should be noticed as “Facial cosmetics” towel. It’s not fair for people who have no facial tissue in the bathroom and have no choice to use your white facial towels.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bathrobes, slippers, work desk, coffee stand, I basically had everything I needed. Great location. Front staff were very helpful and even brought my Grab delivery to my room. Cafe was nice, I like the outdoor seating area next to the pool. But choose tables that are a bit further away or you might get some splash.

Amazing for a one night stay in Chiang Mai, quiet, clean and delicious breakfast

Very loud guests in the lobby. Very loud people in the night. Staff didnt take care of them and also of the garbage left by them (like 30 Bottles of beer outside and inside)Be aware that this might just have been a bed luck for me. everything else was OK.

The staff were the most lovely people. They really live up to the "Thai Smile" that Thailand is known for and everyone was very welcoming. Every member of staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I definitely will be returning next time! I'm a solo traveller but I would also recommend for families as well.

Spacious room, apears to be a new development so everything was clean and new. They offer laundry service at a reasonable rate. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Although a service apartment, there were no knives or scissors (even though forks and spoons were provided). Made it hard to cook anything. There was also no real dining table, there’re high counter seats for 2, in a room for 4.

All was great. Staff very friendly. Good rooms. Good quality for the price paid. I suggest it.

The area is not the top. Small pool.

The staff were so lovely and warm, very accomodating and responsive to my requests. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was told I couldn’t open the window, so I couldn’t let any fresh air into the room. I had to sleep with the bathroom fan on, otherwise the air in the room was old and felt sick with it. There was no sunbathing section next to the pool.

With the price, actually we have nothing to complain...The location is a bit far from city center, but considering its price, it's a reasonable location. You actually can get anywhere you want via Grab within 20 mins (15 mins to the city center).The room is big. You can open multiple 28inch suitcases inside the room LOLThe cafe is not big but the atmosphere is good.

The room smells a bit wet, especially those bed sheets. You probably need a dehumidifier to make the experience better.Some of the room will flood when you take a shower, need to be extra careful otherwise the water will flow everywhere.

Overall it was an ok stay. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was ready and cleaned when we arrived. The parking space is a bit limited but the staff helped finding a parking space in front the hotel. The cafe on the second floor is excellent. Great cakes and great value.

Nothing that I didn't really like.

Excellent staff very supportive. Especially at night. I go sick and he took me with his bike to nearby hospital. Really appreciating such hospitality.
