Pros +
- Staff was really friendly and helpful
- Beautiful hotel, excellent staff.
- A boutique hotel located on a quite street, walking distance to the main street of Chiang Mai old town. Lots of choices of restaurants and massages.
Cons -
- There is black mold in the corners of the bathroom. When water leaked out of the bathroom, a lot of mold came out from under the shower door
- The breakfast is really horrible. The food is both poor quality and badly prepared. It’s the huge weak point of this hotel. The key is to have breakfast at a cafe outside the hotel.
- Pool is quite small, and cleaning can be improved.

One of the best hotel in downtown area. Clean and tidy. They do have afternoon tea at the pool area with nice snacks. Also the restaurant has very great food options and delicious. Breakfast though has quite limited variety of food options - but for us it was very sufficient. Room has very large bed - literally double king size, which added extra comfort.
Just the location is in old town where everything was closing after 9 pm. Not an issue about hotel
Breakfast was good. Location was perfect!
Didn't like the two beds were so close to each other.
Great room, lovely hotel in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was quite basic and one staff member kept mixing orders as she had limited English so we got baked beans (cold) instead of bacon. But the best Pancake in the world
Clean and new hotel and deco in room is nice.
The bed I am not sure why they use foam mattresses instead of spring which sagged when I slept and caused me to have a backache because I have a bad back. My friend had the same issue as me.
What a wonderful hotel. Understated elegance. So very comfortable and spacious. Terrific location and value. Contact with the staff was always a pleasure. In the dining room for breakfast, room attendants and especially Opal at the front desk. She is the most gracious, delightful and obviously beautiful young lady. Her professionalism, courtesy, hospitality and competence and articulation in multiple languages are first rate. Another reason to return to your magnificent city and hotel
Daily construction next door. Nothing can be done. Luckily I was out and about. Would only have been trouble if I required a day's sleep.
Large room with direct pool access, very comfortable and clean property!
Breakfast selection was not great in my opinion.
Location great for old town . Property is clean , modern and well managed
Everyone was so kind and helpful. I loved having a sitting area in my room. The room service Khao soi was really good.
The pool entry (ladder only) was odd and not very friendly for someone with mobility concerns. I thought my poolside room would have an entrance to the pool.
We stayed in the King with pool access room and it was absolutely perfect, loved the mix of modern / luxury with Thai heritage. Best shower of my life! Bed was very comfortable. Also loved how it is a boutique hotel, so felt familiar and cosy. Staff were all very lovely. We will definitely be back
Great breakfast in attached restaurant. Room was very comfortable. Old Town location offered many easy walk to several restaurants, massage places and night markets. We were only in Chiang Mai for four days. Seems like there may have been a couple other areas that had some "trendier options"
Overall happy, but must be a temple located nearby as we were woken early every morning by gongs and subsequent barking dogs. Also located very near a school, so street gets clogged with school pickup every day in late afternoon.
a nice hotel in good location, you can walk from there everywhere in the old town of Chiang Mai. Staff ist super nice and it was fun chatting with them. Room was big with nice balcony. It was all good.
It isnt cheap, so it was a good hotel., but we also had to pay the price for it. Compared with other hotels value for money could have been better.we would still come back, just trying to find a better deal.
The executive suite was lovely, spacious and a very comfortable bed.
Not clean around the. Swimming pool. Only 6 loungers (very uncomfortable). Not enough towels, only 4 available. Balcony was extremely dusty/dirty. Female staff at breakfast sat chatting and were not very responsive. Most staff on their mobiles during breakfast.
Modern fit-out and well located with a great breakfast. Ample filter water top-ups in the room were much appreciated. Staff were always friendly.
Some mould in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower (under the sealant, so difficult to clean off, but quite off putting). Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
Good location, smallish hotel
Not really what I would expect of a boutique hotel, except the small size and location. Nothing special. No special room amenities. Quite expensive. Service not exceptional.
Location Cleanliness
The waiters in the restaurant are not well trained.I once asked where the coffee is. The waiter just pointed the location to me while there are so many of them. Why not take an initiative to offer to serve the coffee to me.
Friendly staff and breakfast service. Room was nice and mostly clean. The room had a small balcony and the hotel a small outdoor pool. Mini fridge was available and also a safe.
There was dark mold in the bathroom that the staff cleaned when I asked. But not all of it could be removed. Also there were some old cobwebs in the bathroom that I had to ask to be vacuumed. Not a fan of the breakfast. Didn’t think the eggs were any good and the choice otherwise was mediocre. Basically just had fruits, bread and varieties of jam.
Room was very nice and the location was good.
Breakfast was mediocre the buffet was not really great. One time we had to wait almost 30Min for out orde.
