Location and cleanliness

Only provided one key card. Everytime you left the room, you had to take the one key from the room plug in and the AC turned off so everytime you returned it was hot and humid.

I loved services. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's best services. 100% recommended.

Very clean, super comfy bed, close to the Old City, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very nice, but 4 stars category doesn’t seem right to me. There’s no pool, no fitness center and no restaurant. WiFi wasn’t great.

The location is great for exploring the different touristic spots of the city. There are several options of cafes and restaurants around as well.

I personally prefer tougher mattresses, but it was ok.

Convenient location. Lovely hotel, pool was great, staff was nice and their dinner restaurant is fabulous. Spacious room with super comfy beds, too. Vegan breakfast was great!

I stayed in the older building and the shower wasn't working properly - shower head from the bathtub was broken and leaking, and the overhead shower had only cold water. I had a bit of a hard time taking a shower. Hope it gets fixed.

The only good thing about this place was the staff and the location.

The room smelt of sewage and moth balls and was absolutely unbearable. We even bought candles to try and rectify the smell, but that did not help. Tried to spend the least amount of time there as possible. We were placed on the first floor and had a view of a brick wall, so definitely did not enjoy my stay there at all.

The bed is so comfy and the room was so clean with clean bathroom and hot water. The food (breakfast)- excellent ?

breakfast is too basic. Just some toast, fruit and salad. then there's only an option to choose between 3 different cooked eggs. we just ordered 8n breakfast after the first day.

The place was great, very clean and tidy. The room had a large bed and a nice bathroom and there was plenty of space to store our things. The location was also great, right next to Thaphae gate, so easy to get to other locations, even night markets!

There was construction work going on in the two buildings next door. They also painted the wall in the apartment where I was staying. So I couldn't sleep as much as I'd like because of the noise. They should clearly specify this in the description.

This was a nice standard hotel and very good for the price. It’s a 5 min walk away from the wall and the old town and is in a nice quiet backroad. There is building going on next door but that won’t last forever.

Ask for a room on the 1st floor or above as the ground floor rooms are a little noisy and have a thin sliding door that opens straight onto the outside that doesn’t feel particularly secure.

Staff was very friendly and understood the sufficient of english so a foreigner could communicate with them. The location was good, near everything interesting to see in the area and they proposed good excursions. Room was big enough and clean, only the hot water in the shower needs 2 working days to arrive ?, but apart from that all good.

Breakfast only 3 options menu, that was basically if you want scrambled eggs, fried eggs or omelette and thats it, there is your breakfast, for a 4 star is a bit of a shame. And in the room there is a fridge that makes the same noise that all those fridges at our grandparents home from the 90’s, very hard to fall asleep if you don’t unplug it.

Absolutely spotless rooms. The biggest bed! All super modern new and great design. Bathroom excellent. Really exceptional. Equivalent to any 5 star hotel perhaps better. No pretentious vibe. Pure and nice design ??? …and most central location

Great value and amenities, including a mini fridge for drinks/snacks and desk/chair for working. Good location for checking out the Old City!

It would've been nice to have gotten one queen bed instead of 2 twins. Also, when housekeeping cleaned the room, they didn't actually change the sheets.

Amazing location, super cosy and clean rooms

Quite thin walls and the air con was incredibly loud/broken on and off so had to turn off at night which wasn’t ideal
