Big lobby, nice pillows, big sofa, complete amenities, drink free coffee at coffee shop, best location

Fantastic hotel. Loved every bit of it. Zero line swimming pool with waterfall great spot to cool off. Breakfast excellent. Can't say enough good. Would make it a priority to stay there again.

Location convenient to night market

Not close to 5 star, no value, price highest paid in Thailand but no breakfast included while all other hotels did, many big tour groups

Ample variety in the buffet breakfast but some items could be better.Great friendly, helpful staff.Excellent facility right in the middle of the Night Bazaar.Very quiet and restful in our 22nd floor suite.

The staff was the warmest, friendliest, most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered. They really make guests feel valued. The location was excellent, right next to the night market. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Housekeeping even comes again in the evening to bring new towels and empty trash, which seems rare these days.

The pool was cold

The staff here is exceptional, always willing to tackle any issue with good humor. The room was not only comfortable and stylish, but also provided thoughtful touches like multiple charging outlets with both kinds of plug-ins accounted for. The breakfast buffet was enormous, with endless options of both Asian and non-Asian dishes available. The gym is very well equipped, providing lots of cardio machines as well as free weights and weight machines - very impressive for a hotel gym. The pool is gorgeous.

Well located - but quiet low value for money honestly - you can expect a lot more for the prices paid

The location is good, the room is nice.

I booked a room for a couple plus a 10 year old child. Even though we are just a couple with a child - the staff made me pay for an extra bed. As if we were a couple and two children. It is not clear why

Location is ideal. Close to dozens of restaurants, shops and the Night Market. Beautiful, expansive lobby and large rooms.

Not the hotel's fault but there were noisy guests in the hallway on the first night but thankfully they checked out the next day.

The hotel location is great. It overlooks the night market, which means its nice and quiet during the day and lively and colorful at night. It is walking distance to the old city and to many excellent restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly. Would like to call out concierge Krit: he was exceptionally forthcoming with help and information.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The staff added a mattress topper which made it a little better.

Concierge staff made a big difference, courteous and helpful. They guided us on the places to visit and helped with Travel arrangements.

Deposit held was room charges + deposit. In the end room charge was taken from my account once again and deposit released however its been 10days I am still waiting for the money to be released by bank. Other hotels do not block the money this way so Marriott needs to improve the process around this.Travellers don't travel with double the money to pay for rent and hold deposit+ room rent for additional 2 weeks.

Staff are amazing, food is great and hotel is well maintained. We had a suite and it was spacious with amazing views

There were clearly people smoking in rooms and the smell was coming into our room of a night. The staff put air purifiers in our room for the rest of our stay which did make a difference however as non smokers it was unpleasant and our cloths also smelt
