Overall it was an excellent hotel for the price . Breakfast was very good staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time I stayed there . There was nothing I could complain about.

Good 3 star hotel in excellent location near night market. Nothing fancy but for the price its great.

Location is good

The staff are unprofessional, there is no in room safe, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very strict check in time of 2pm and staff will not acknowledge you until after 2pm. Your luggage stays in the lobby until you are able to check in. I sent three messages to the hotel via the booking.com app over a period of two months and did not receive a response. I recommend against this hotel.

I really like the location. The staff was really friendly had free breakfast for an older hotel. It was great.

It was very clean and the person at the front desk was very sympathetic when I asked why the phones did not pick up for any services. The hotel in the evening is terribly understaffed. If there was any emergency it would not be handled at all.

Insufficient staff, no night security, anyone could just walk in at anytime without question. Was told to use my room towel to use for pool also, dont have a spare towel. Wouldn’t supply me a cup of milk for tea & coffee in my room. Place is falling apart.Pool was cloudy dirty. Room vanity basin clogged up, water wouldn’t go down waste. Worst experience in 10 yrs of staying here. Would never stay here again or use booking.com for accommodation again.

Nothing except the location and nice chef for good breakfast we had.

The room was quite old and tv was back in the 90's area. It was overall unsatisfied experience. The bed sheet was old and dirty and look like it has not been changed in years.

Not friendly staff when we checked in no information was given just gave the key and handle yourself. No help with the luggage. Left us without pillow and have to wait for next day.Not good Internet. Very limited and poor breakfast , so if you will stay there save your money and go for room only option and eat outside.

Where to start!! I arrived, the receptionist saw me and went to the back office. I waited 45 seconds before she came back. Not long but just enough to irritate. The inroom safe instructions are incorrect, so you can't open it! The swimming pool was GREEN and closed for the whole time I was there, nothing was said at checkin and since it is why I picked the hotel, I am not happy! The included buffet breakfast is the worst I have ever seen. They do make an omelette to order, then just dump it on child's Melamine plate! To top everything off, the key drop box is open to anyone who wants to come and select a key!!! Since reception is seldom staffed, you just grab whatever key you like. In its heyday this was probably a good hotel. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT, PICK ANYWHERE ELSE. I truly regret staying here.

Locàtion was good and convenient to outside food and services.Breakfast was not bad for the value.All staff were friendly except one front office tall lady who was rude and unfriendly.

One front office tall girl was rude and unfriendly escpecially to a non Thai like me who couldnt understand nor speak THAI. High stairs to climb at front building , no ramp. Not friendly for senior guests. Building very old. Room dont even provide a box of tissue.Bathroom shower is in the long bath tub that is slippery. Not friendly for senior guests _ too risky.!Wifi keeps cutting off - poor connection.Television programs are only local Thai language. No English programs nor news.Will not stay again. Will not recommend to friends. Poor choicr of accommodation.Although the value is competitive, its no value for money.

Staff, breakfast, very old hotel and furniture not in a very good shape.

The housekeeping was friendly and helpful. and also the staff at the breakfast restaurant greeted guests with smile.

The receptionist is unfriendly (the long hair young lady) she never greeted and smile to guests. No service mind. Her conversation with guests was so direct. She needs immediate customer service training!

The location is amazing. The breakfast was quite good. The pool was nice, but a bit cold for this season.

The staff were fine, but not always so helpful. To be fair, that was mostly due to language barrier. The rooms were a bit drab, and lacked some basics like toothbrushes.

Staff was really kindly and attentive to our needs. Room was quite big.

Facilities were old and bathroom had some water leakage in wc tap, so floor was always wet.Lighting of the room was terrible. No light on ceiling and room was really dark at night.Location was good from one side (over night market), but we were sleeping in floor 14th and we could listen loud music past midnight everyday.

Old and dated but very useable. Staff great. Room huge. Pool very adequate.

Just needs updating but great for the bargain price
