Great location, hospitality and staff

It was kitschy and cute. The rooms were all different. It wasn’t a typical hotel with cookie cutter rooms. The rooms were all unique and had different features and styling. Location was unbeatable.

It was a bit noisy. The property was a bit tired. Needed a refresh.

Location is very convenience walking distance to One Nimman. The room is big and clean.

The room is clean. The service is great. Stuff’s are kind and always make sure if we’re having a good time.

The property is located in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood with tons of cute shops and restaurants around the surrounding blocks. We stayed in the family room which was so comfortable and massive - it felt like we had an entire apartment. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. This hotel ranks in my top 3 from all the international travel I’ve done with my family (15+ countries).

great breakfast , all was fresh and good quality - need to order a night before at the reception.close to all restaurants , 7 eleven a 8 minutes walk to the mall 2 minutes walk to 7 eleven and the laundry do it yourself service .the staff was kind and helpful , we had a family rooms one next to the other , in our room a king size bed and extra bed for the little one , the other room a queen size bed for the 2 young (9,12).

The breakfast is awesome, like omg super good but they serve a LOT of food and there's no way you can eat all of it. Also, they have tea, fruits, biscuits, coffee and fresh water 24 hours for you to take, that's nice. The service is nice as well.

The room is beautiful but not very functional, it doesn't have a proper closet, they provide some hangers and there is a small rack to hang your clothes, but it's quite short. We missed the nice flowers after the third day, they just stopped putting them in the room. Also the windows and curtains are quite old and they don't seal good enough for noises from the outside.

I really like the design of the room. The room is clean and big enough. The bed is comfortable. I also like the convenience of the location.

It could be noisy from the bars nearby in the evening. The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. I can’t easily adjust the shower position.

In a really buzzing part of Chiang Mai. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is quiet, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very dated, especially the bathroom.

Very cute boutique hotel! We loved our patio and the different antique furniture in rooms.

Such a cute little boutique hotel close to many restaurants, shops and 7-11’s.The property was very unique and had a Mediterranean/Thai feeling. The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the little cat that seemed to make the hotel his home.

I personally didn’t like the smell of the oil reed room diffuser. It had a musty smell to me. No big deal! I just placed it out side the front door.

The styling is beautiful, it is a boutique hidden oasis close to restaurants & bars.

Nothing, I would definitely stay again. There are stairs to the accommodation if guests have mobility issues.

This place is much more charming and vibier than the pictures show. It was like if anthropologie had a boutique hotel! I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Having to use the padlock on my door was a bit cumbersome. The garden room has a beautiful wooden door but it didn't feel very well sealed and so mosquitoes seemed to get in easily. I had to ask for several mosquito repellant plug-ins.

- Cleanliness of pool and it was unavailable for several days- We checked out early due to the lack of pool- The standard room lacks storage and is infested with mosquitoes, it should not be offered- General shabby state of the property with stains on the wall, etc.

Loved the decor, ambiance and our room (great bed!) on top floor with balcony. The breakfast was not buffet but very good.

Wish we had known from the start that one had to pre-order breakfast the day before... Minor thing in shower is that one cannot get perfect temperature w/out turning on the diverter (losing half of water pressure) because whoever installed it, did so incorrectly.

Their warm hospitality truly adds to the overall experience and makes you feel like a valued guest.If you're looking for a hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms, as well as an incredible breakfast, I highly recommend At Niman. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I can't wait to visit again.

In the downstairs room there was some issues with the toilet plumbing. There could be more comfortable seating by the pool.

Lovely antiques and gardens with absolutely fantastic breakfast offerings and kind staff!

A few maintenance issues in the bathroom. A loud party until 1 am one night—probably the staff should post quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.
