Nine Hotel Chiangmai

We had such a an amazing time at hotel Nine Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The facilities were extremely well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located inside the old city and was very easy to get around. We would highly recommend this place.

We loved the design of the hotel, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The air conditioning was stellar. The breakfast was always fresh and made and served in courses. Get the breakfast included! Ms Rada and the staff were so kind, helpful and always made sure our stay was perfect. We ended up staying on three separate occasions during our trip.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value

Everything was wonderful but the bed mattress was quite soft. Some people like a soft mattress but this one was a bit uncomfortable.

Nine Hotel is located in the heart of old town, with night bazaars, street food, and amazing cultural experiences. The hotel staff were so warm and friendly, offering guidance on things to see and do, and helping us arrange airport transfers well outside of business hours.

A beautiful building at a good spot to be able to approach many things in Chiang Mai easily. Our room was very nice and always super clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was super kind and polite, we got a warm welcome and clear information about services and hotel facilities. The breakfast included in the room price was plentiful, always super tasty and of quality ingredients.

Not at all a big issue, rather a note for travellers with big luggages - might be worth booking larger rooms, sometimes we had a hard time with storing our luggage and the clothes inside. But this wasn’t at all that bad to cast any shadow on our stay, which was really pleasant

beds were great, pillows not so much. All other aspects are very solid. Staff is exceptional My personal thanks to Rada, who helped me with any issue I had. I extended my stay and would stay here again Rooms were cleaned every day, new towels, ets. Bicycles available for local transport. Comfortable outdoor lobby and pool. Bathroom was nice and functioned well. Plenty of hot water - good shower head. Good location- short walks to most places. Quiet.

The room was a little tight by the desk, where I used my laptop.

Absolutely excellent. The high point of my whole trip. Chiang Mai really is an excellent city to hang out in. Sabai sabai. And Nine Hotel really prepares you for the Chiang Mai vibe.The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I really liked them all. Rooftop was the best part. I didn’t get breakfast (never eat it) but they gave me free coffee from the machine.If I ever come back to Chiang Mai, God willing, you can bet I’ll stay at Nine!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a TV in our room which was equipped with Netflix and YouTube. I recommend breakfast at the hotel. It changes each day, is yummy and is very filling. Not only is the property well kept, the staff is exceptional. Everyone was so helpful, kind and happy to share their culture. Nine Hotel made our first experience in Chiang Mai lovely! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The room we had was great, but the space was a little tight. Not that big of a deal for us though.

Great boutique hotel. Comfortable, pleasant, and clean. Good shower. Big TV. Good curtains for anyone who wants to sleep in late. Cool pool! The staff is great and doing everything to help you – they helped with everything I asked for, including changing room and a late check-out.

It’s not a bad thing, just to know: Breakfast has a different menu for each day - not a buffet or menu (I didn’t buy in advance and decided every day ahed)The room isn’t very big if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, but it didn’t bother me at all.

LOVED our stay here and would definitely return. Definitely recommend for families. Friendly and attentive staff. Rada was especially welcoming. Delicious breakfasts and happy hour. Walkable to restaurants, fun spots around Chiang Mai and the night market. Check out the KalmVillage nearby for some peace in a beautiful location.

Nothing, it really was an exceptional stay

The staff were very welcoming and kind, the pool was lovely and our room was clean and comfy. Everything we could want and we loved our visit and look forward to coming again.
