Included breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent - extremely helpful in every way. Location for us was very convenient, but busier than hotel we stayed at in north west, inside gate. Overall, had a terrific 8 night stay. Highly recommend.

The motorbike noise from the street was mildly annoying, but not so bad. Overnight it's not an issue, till early morning. We also could hear talking, TV, and plumbing noise from adjacent room on occasion. Macks green earplugs to the rescue.

Decent location on the edge of old town. If we stayed again in old town, I might want to stay more central in old town or closer to the North Gate, but on the plus side, this side of old town was also more quiet at night so I slept really good. Overall the bed was comfy the the hotel was clean. We did ask for a second key since they only gave us one, but the AC went off without a key inside the room - with it being hot we kept a key in the room when we were only out for a few hours so we didn't come back to a hot stuffy room. Over all, the staff was nice and the room was clean with a comfy bed. We asked for extra pillows which they gave us. I'd stay here again if the price was right. Like others mentioned, I booked this because I saw it recommended in a random blog and ChatGPT recommended it as well based on the same and good reviews. We likely spent a little extra on this hotel compared to other possible similar options, but we are talking about maybe a $5-$10 USD difference per night. There's a night market a few minutes away. If you are looking for a comfy bed in a clean hotel while you use this area as a base for your daily plans, this one will do the job.

We did not try the breakfast because the cost per person per day just was not budget friendly considering so many other options nearby. We found the cost of breakfast per person to be expensive. Location was pretty good - it's right on the edge of old town. 5 minute walk to the night market that has delicious food. Seemed like the North gate on the opposite side of old town had a lot more touristy stuff/lively areas, but that was only a few minute Grab. We paid for the cheaper room - which was probably around $30 USD a night - the room was an ok size but the window was TINY and the lighting was awful in the room, so keep that in mind. Luckily, I only wear a very small amount of makeup so the bad lighting wasn't too bad for us. The tiny window also faced a wall that was a few feet away so no light would come through even if it wasn't small. The WIFI basically did not work. It worked a little on our tablet but our phones could not keep a signal with it and when it did, it said that it had poor security. Thankfully we had an Esim so we just used that, but we had to blow through a lot of data to back up our photos etc. Hallways were also stuffy - I don't think they used Aircon in them.

Great location, rooms were exactly as advertised. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Location is the only strong point for this hotel.

The food is horrible, cold and the amount is not enough... better book the room without breakfast and find something elsewhere for breakfast.

Location and comfort level were spot on

The breakfast was a little unusual. Some odd food choices. Allowing only one cup of coffee and having to pay for any extra was disappointing.

I didn’t like the breakfasts I had as they just weren’t what I wanted. I did ask for what I liked but when meal came out it wasn’t what I requested.

Having my card removed from the electricity switch everytime my room was made despite me turning the A/C down and making sure all the lights where off. I would get back to a warm and humid room, my toothbrush and tablet would not be charged.The only solution was to put the sign out " do not clean my room "

Staff were very helpful. Very comfy beds and pillows. Good air-conditioning and water pressure. Yummy breakfast included in our deal. Good position to enjoy the flower festival.

Some street noise however if you close the outer windows and shutter it minimised it.

The location in the Old Town and it was safe.

The internet was not working properly on one of the floors, however the staff made arrangements to get me internet access and that was greatly appreciated.

Hardly any natural light in the room so it is pretty dark and the air gets stuffy without AC on. Other than that good.

Incresibly tiny room, no natural light, no airflow, poor loghts, horrible smell, horrible cleaning, horrible bathroom, very noisy every morning by hotel staff, breakfast is a joke, horrible experience , loud aircon. Stay as far away as possible
