Chiang Mai Phucome Hotel

Every day I went down for breakfast and every day my room had been beautifull cleaned. never missed, so convenient

TV was not smart TV

Was a clean facility and the staff was nice

The location was a bit off the main attractions

Considering the price, stay was good and comfortable. Room is very spacious ! Old hotel but good enough!

It is an Old hotel so not fancy interior or facility. Maybe need cleaning in the desk drawer.

Not alot

Expensive, needs updating, rooms are tired Breakfast was awful. Only catering for the Chinese guests. Absolute free for all. You would think it was their 1st meal in years at 7am in the morning.

Large room

Reception staff not helpful. Kettle in room but no cups or coffee/tea sachets.

Beds hard, rooms could be little cleaner.

Although the hotel is old, it is very well maintained and clean. Bed is very comfortable and I loved the wooden structures very much. The swimming pool is quite big and peaceful. Location is good as able to walk to the shopping area and eateries.

Don't really enjoy the breakfast as very monotonous. Everyday nearly the same food. Quite strange that bottled water must pay.

We loved our stay at The Phucom Hotel,there was a dance festival we attended at the very place,upon arriving we found this hotel very austere and dark but we later appreciated it is almost entirely covered in teak wood.Our room was on the ninth floor and it was very large,almost like a small apartment with a wide window showing the mountains.Bed was comfortable,sheets clean and smelling fresh,chamber ladies ready to please any request you have of extra towels,coffee or tea with a smile.We realized the Phucom is as large as a small airport that's why is so popular with conventions and tour buses,we have never seen so many buses in one place,because of the size of this hotel and the insulation by the wood it is always quiet and yet it is located under the flight pass and on one of the busiest main roads of Chiang Mai.Breakfast needs some help

We found breakfast was unispiring and the location on a road extremely busy and not easy to cross

The internet was super super bad, couldn't work from there had to pay a co-working space instead.

NO WIFI, It actually exist, but in my room, it disconnected 100 times/night. Something broken.

We all got food poisoning from your kitchen we would not go there again, the markets were a better option to eat.

No air conditioning in a hot country!!

The price is good for the area

It was 1960's meets 2000's style so it should be a beautiful hotel but it's very outdated.Bed was too soft - caused back pain.

Aircon

Pretty much everything, showers and toilets were bad. Everyone in our group got food poisoning from the meals at different stages

- Located near maya mall, cmu and nimman area- Free breakfast included which was pretty good - western, asian & toast

- The room does not have hairdryer & tissue paper- The wifi signal inside the room is pretty much nonexistent- No liquid soap (bar soap is given)

Location and easy go for street food

Breakfast main courses. If possible may trade off between spaghetti or fried rice, fried vegetables and curry

Good location, close to conference centre.Amazing views.Comfortable, spacious room.Nail salon and traditional Thai massage parlour on-site.

Not necessarily a negative, but most guests seemed to be Thai tour groups and staff spoke minimal levels of English. Quite far out of the city centre, so has to catch lots of Grabs. Pool was not functional.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and the review facing mountains is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is near CMU, which has a very beautiful campus.

The location.

The electricity was so weak that we couldn’t not even charge electric devices. Light in the room so so dimly.

I liked the decor and the rooms are comfy. I also liked that there was a bath.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't available, they let us use it after we complained but it was dirty.The saunas were also broken. There was also no western food at breakfast
