wow! what an amazing spot! Great location, great food, adorable cozy rooms, friendly staff, this place has everything. Privacy, yet access to everything good in Chiang Mai. I will be back to this place! I will recommend this to everyone, this was one of the reasons I fell in love with Chiang Mai!

Good location and friendly staff.

No wifi in the room and not able to open the window curtains as people were walking outside all the time. So, it’s like a windowless room. They make a big fuss about towels. They said if the towels are stained, they will charge but the towels themselves are third grade. If they provide luxury towels, I can understand but they are not.

Very little to complain about, outside of the usual hard mattress in Thailand. May I suggest the offering of Mattress Toppers upon request. Thank you,

Location was great and breakfast was excellent!

Bathroom shower broke, but the staff was quick to fix! The water temperature was a bit fluctuating though.

We loved the large, comfortable room and the beautiful grounds. The location was ideal.

The pool is small but fun, and breakfast is great (though a few more vegan options would be welcome).Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel was very central in Chiang Mai! The staff were all very friendly. Dao was amazing, she picked us up from the airport and afterwards made sure we had a very relaxing holiday! The room was large and comfortable for a longer stay :)

We had a wonderful time here during the amazing celebration of Songkran! Would recommend big time; warm and friendly staff, great breakfast options, super facilities, good swimming pool and perfect location. Thanks for everything! :)

Staff was incredibly kind, funny, & welcoming (without being overbearing), Kanoon (Hotel dog) was so sweet, Cleaners did a wonderful job each day, free snacks/drinks in room were amazing, free drinking waters in room each day, breakfast was extensive and tasty, food at hotel restaurant was outstanding, location could not be better in the old city (+ there is a man with a drink cart outside the hotel entrance that makes the best thai coffee for 25 baht).

Super welcoming staff and great location. Wish we stayed more than 3 days in the old town! There were some renovation works going on, but this didn’t disrupt our stay at all.

Very nice and clean hotel! Staff speaks good English and really wants to help. Always somebody available behind the counter. Nice breakfast, with extra choices. Beautiful rooms. Authentic goodies in the hotel room. Very “instagrammable” place close to tourist attractions.Only negative point was that their booking account has a scam on it. They are partly(?) hacked. Because of that you will receive messages asking for your personal and creditcard information to “complete” or “verify” the booking. Don’t send this information! They changed their password multiple times and are aware of the issue, but it isn’t solved yet.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were super nice and accommodating, and the room was spacious. Will definitely book again if I'm ever back in Chang Mai!

The room was slightly dated, but it was super comfortable and spacious, and it had an attached porch.

The staff, room and pool were great.

The shower water was either completely hot or completely cold. The drainage in the bathroom was terrible, the tiled foors didn't fall towards the drain so there were pools of water and lots of mosquitos.

We had a lovely stay here, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a nice balcony and breakfast was delicious. Excellent location. I would highly recommend staying here.
