Staff was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable - great sleeping! Beautiful area and the food was fantastic! Service was very attentive. The koi pond, swing, and fountain for our room were a lovely attribute to the peaceful ambience. While we didn't participate, the hotel does a Shabu supper which looked delicious and fun! We LOVED the beautiful area and would definitely come back.

The difference in price between hotel rate (good price) and Booking.com was extraordinary. I should have caught it and booked direct. The difference made it a poor value compared to other similar properties in the area. Also, the advertisement for the room looks like you get a stand alone unit with your own pool which was incorrect. We stayed in a corner, bottom floor unit, with a jacuzzi which was nice but not what we expected. The location was closer to the road noise (light) and next to the service closet (which began at 7 am). There was also lots of night light due to a hallway light which we turned off, but then it got turned on again.

Food, could offer more comfort in the room like, for example, a daybed and rugs on the cement floor in the winter.

Set in a beautiful jungly area with amazing nature all around. Had a rustic charm and a beautiful pool. Friendly staff who was helpful in arranging drivers for day trips or short rides. Restaurant was yummy with attentive staff. Adorable bunnies on the property and had a charming stream.

Definitely need to prepare for a more rustic experience but I think that comes with a stay in the jungle area. Beautiful property though with friendly staff.

room shades aren't effective from the sun in the morning so at 6am the room is full of light. Last order in the restaurant at 20:30 which is too early, no bar.

The breakfast and all the food in the restaurant we tried was very good. The villa in the garden was nicely decorated and quite and relaxing. We had a very good time and will come back

Very clean rooms, beautiful decor with attention to detail. Very friendly staff. You can sit in your pool and order delicious food with delivery to your room.

Pros - clean room, great view, amazing staff, beautiful grounds, great breakfast, comfortable bed

Cons - the shower water pressure was very low, showering was a slow and annoying- the room lock is kinda fidgety and uses a padlock and key, would love an easier, updfated and more secure room access method.

Privacy, location, peace and quiet

Absolutely stunning property, I was blown away! The restaurant area felt like a Beatrix potter garden, and as you walk over to the villas and the stream turns into the most lish fairy Forrest.The bed felt like a cloud, and staff were incredibly helpful, and arranged a driver to take us to some spots in the area, a particular favourite was the Erotic Garden near by. Aswell as an in room masseuse. Breakfast was deliciou. You must try their homemade jams! It all felt very romantic, and I could see it would be great for families with young children as the play space and bunnies they have on site are adorable.

Not so much a dislike but just a note for travellers. The mountains are quite cold compared to the city (we went in January), and the rooms do not have heating. We did have an AC, although it was not strong enough for the size of the room, so it did not feel effective. If you get cold, make sure to bring lots of warm clothes or a hot water bottle to fill with your kettle. Staff are incredibly helpful, although it did not feel like a very international focused hotel so English was limited amongst the staff, so bare that in mind and google translate may be a good helper to you on your trip.

The initial room we booked the so called "H9neymoon Villa"was terribly small and do not have a proper "living area". We managed to change to another room for the 2nd night . This was so much better.

One of the best thing about this resort is the breakfast. There is a good variety of continental and Thai breakfast at a very good standard and you can ask for more if you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The TV is very old and the signal is not good enough to watch anything! A smart TV that connects to the internet would be much better for guests.

Cosy and relax resort.I booked the family room with private onsen. Nice and comfortable.Overall is very satisfied

The only point to improve is the dry bathroom was roof licking when raining.

I am very meticulous person and find cons every time everywhere. But this hotel was just perfect. We had an idea to stay somewhere with a feeling of a wildness. And this hotel gave us just that. Amazing green, feels like you have your own piece of the forest. The staff was very nice and helpful as well as had good english. They made my shoes dry after I got under the heavy rain without even charging for this. This place earns my 10/10 review

A peaceful getaway resort that takes one hour by bike from Nimmanhaemin. I found this paradise a few weeks ago when I was looking for a tranquill retreat surrounded by nature. I loved it so much that I brought friends this time to enjoy the weekend. The staff are polite and attentive, and the garden and the swimming pool are beautiful, with so much greenery everywhere. Also, if you have a bike, I strongly recommend you bring your bike as driving around Mae Rim was the best riding experience.

Don’t expect too much from the food , you might be disappointed. There was a pipe broken the day we stayed si we had to go a few hours without water….

The resort is cozy and clean. The private swim ming pool provides jacuzzi and warm water. I can take a rest of lying there to view the nature. The location is remote but good for driving.
