Pros +
- Nice location, clean, staff were superb.
- It is located a bit away from the main road, so not too busy or noisy.
- Most of the staff was very friendly but they were not very organized. The location was nice for us. Easy to get to the Center city. Breakfast buffet was sufficient.
Cons -
- Room is too dark. Some lighting do not work
- I could hear people next door talking from the window. Not very sound proof.
- Deceiving descriptions. The shuttle, welcome drinks, VIP privileges, etc did not live up to regular standards. Bed was small. The shuttle had a fee. VIP privileges included a non-alcoholic Welcome drink when the drink ticket had a pic of a cocktail.

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms and decor, even if somewhat outdated. Ok location- a bit far from the old city but a short can ride away. Walking distance to night bazaar.
Staff was not helpful, or friendly. Check in and it took an enormous amount of time. Tour people did not know about common tours. No shuttle to airport or city
This is an amazing hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. They gave us a welcome gift of cookies, candy and juice as well as a fruit plate. They put a beautiful orchid on our pillow each night with a sweet goodnight message. Very friendly staff!
There was nothing I did not like. It was amazing!!!!!

Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly
We enjoyed the rooms and pool area. The breakfast was good and the staff were very kind. We will definitely return in the future. We were given a lovely gift bag full of snacks and juices when we arrived. Such a nice surprise!
No suggestions here. The staff was wonderful and very helpful when we had questions.

The bed is terriblethe pillows are so hard and highthere is no conditioner
We loved the hotel, visited with the whole family during Christmas holidays. The staff was lovely and always helpful, while the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and very clean.
Nothing worth mentioning...
Fairly close to the airport, and the staff were wonderful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and even provided snacks and drinks upon my arrival.
Nothing!
Location and breakfast were good. Good room size. Staff was very good.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. If anything needs to be improved, it should be the pillows. They are flat and not comfortable.
Professional staff and value for money! Warm welcome for guests with fresh fruits, and the room is fine. Good for short stay.
Breakfast could be improved in terms of food quality and variety.
Great friendly staff! Excellent pool for swimming laps, great breakfast
Nice hotel near Chabad Pool is okBreakfast is not kosher friendly (only some fruits)
