Sunday Villa Sirilanna Hotel

Great location and excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful with classic wood working and breakfast was great.

While older, the hotel is in great condition. Due to a booking problem, when I arrived I was told there were two rooms booked. The second one was canceled at no charge. The included breakfast was excellent.

The hotel has character and the staff are incredible - kind and obliging and made our stay perfect! Location is incredible. Loved the thoughtful touches in the rooms and at check in.

Could not get hot water in the shower either day but the water in the jacuzzi was hot

Beautiful hotel, and a staff that goes above and beyond. Tasty Thai options for breakfast, along with some western staples. Nothing in Old City is more than a 20 minute walk away.

Very nice place to stay! Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Inside the square of old city, close to everything!

Location, the Lanna Style of the furniture was unique.The best part of the stay was a young man who was genuinely nice that took our breakfast egg order and made our coffee.

No hot water 2 out of 3 days. No properly staffed front desk area. The front desk staff were very unprofessional. Breakfast buffet items were not kept warm.The grounds were not kept up outside, the water outside features were dirty and unused. The same empty beer bottles sat outside the main entrance wall for 4 days.

Our stay at the hotel was simply incredible. From the very beginning, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness.. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with those small details that truly make a difference: a fantastic bed, perfect lighting, and a very cozy atmosphere.The hotel’s facilities exceeded our expectations. The pool and common areas were always perfectly maintained, making it a pleasure to spend time there. Breakfast was another highlight—varied, fresh, and delicious, with options for every taste.What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and the exceptional service from the entire team. Always ready to help and with a genuine smile, they made every moment special.We absolutely recommend this hotel 100%. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back.

This hotel was better than we imagined - the location, the staff, the room were all spot on. We were able to walk everywhere we hoped to visit in the area throughout our stay and felt so happy to return to our room at the Villa Sirilanna each night. The grounds are beautiful and our room was very spacious yet cozy and beautiful. Something rarely said about hotels, but it looked like each room’s location in the hotel was desirable, one not better than the other. Staff was very warm and welcoming and even the koi fish seemed to wave a hello. The hotel was peaceful and lovely. We felt so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. An extra note: something that seems to be uncommon, this hotel did have an elevator, for guests who may find that necessary or helpful.

This wasn’t problematic for us and we appreciated the aesthetics and set up far more than the noise bothered us, but we could hear folks in the hotel rather loudly and we felt we should be extra quiet to avoid others hearing us.

Wonder about security - can just walk in and access pool area without anyone around Rooms are locked with padlocks so awkward to carry around the key When we arrived, nobody really acknowledged us except to make sure we paid and the person was almost aggressive with the credit card machine Staff doesn’t really seem to care if you are there Breakfast very bad and kitchen can’t cook eggs properly —- ‘over-easy’ were rock hard and poached eggs were barely cooked - actually pretty raw ?‍? Coffee was good but took a long time to get

The location of this property is great. It’s right in the old town which is quite practical to get everywhere. The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was quite spacious and clean

The photos are much better than the real thing. Our room, while big, felt more like a cave. We anticipated that our room wouldn’t have a window, but the glass over the door and the bathroom made it so we had light coming in at night into our bedroom from the hallway, and from the bathroom early in the morning. The breakfast looked so uninviting that we didn’t even try it. Lastly, the pool is not like the pictures, much smaller than you could see in the pictures, and it was being renovated on one side which they covered with a tarp so really not inviting.
