Phra Singh Village

Generous breakfast, small but adequate gym, pool, although unheated. Nice enough room. Walking distance to night market and some of the temples.

The hotel is not an "up" experience, since it is surrounded by ugly slum like properties. I would try to find a property that has a better ambiance, even if not in the old town (which is not much to look at).

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Spacious rooms. Lovely pool and courtyard. Delicious breakfast.

Loved everything about the properly! Their breakfast buffet was exceptional. The rooms were very big. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind.

Great location. Also owns the Makka spas down the street which are very goos. Staff very friendly. Great multi cultural clientele.

They offered activities at the hotel. A complimentary ten minute massage and tea time snacks. There were bikes we could use as well. The pool was lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean

The staff in the kitchen were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast had great variety and quality options. Custom coffee in the morning was a great perk! And so many activities included with the stay, alms with the monks, massages and cooking classes - fantastic location for a relaxing pampered stay.

The facility provides a Thai experience with comfortable beds, clean rooms and the best staff ever! Our second stay here, will come back again.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. Centrally located, but extremely tranquil and pleasant. The staff were super professional and helpful. Impeccably clean, big rooms with everything necessary even some free minibar drinks and snacks :) also, fabulous spa. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing I can think of

Located inside old city just behind main temple wat Phra Singh, but an oasis of quiet and comfort. Well-maintained, beautiful Thai style rooms with balcony. Pool, fitness, free daily tea time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

More expensive than other ho(s)tels, but still good value.

Location, size of the room, customer service, amenities, comfortable beds. Extra bed for my 12 year old son was also comfortable.

Air conditioning (vent) blasting in my face

Included breakfast was wonderful. Many free services offered but we didn't get a chance to use them unfortunately. Really beautiful and tranquil property. Walkable to old town. Very short drive to airport.

Don't lose or misplace your 1000 bhat deposit sheet of paper. It is required at check out.

Location is great near temple. Spa next door was convenient and very nice. Staff pleasant with very nice touches in the room.

Breakfast was a bit lacking in options for vegetarian.

The family room was delightful. Our family really enjoyed the friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast. We stayed over a week and would definitely have stayed longer.

Well I very liked the place you set up the hotel in near the center of the city. Also I liked that there was not much rooms so we didn't get lost.

The smell of the room and the neighbors were very loud couldn't sleep well. Also I fell of the bed ( don't count that).

Wonderful stay, the staff were all so lovely and kind and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was also excellent! No complaints at all!

Everything was amazing. The service was 5 star, everyone staff was friendly and remembered our names and preferences after only a few days. The breakfast was excellent and good selection.

Nicely played out, quiet little hotel. The room was big with a big bathroom that had a hot tub but unfortunately it never worked. Some free drinks and snacks in the room and some you needed to pay for. Also got a free head and neck massage when we arrived.
