RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort

Fitness center, pool

Distance from town

Good breakfast, very clean, attentive staff.

Distance from old city, but this was known prior to booking, no fault of the hotel.

The Ratianna is a superb hotel in every aspect. The setting is beautiful and serene – very Zen. It was my favorite place than I stayed in Thailand. The staff is so accommodating, so pleasant, so happy and so nice.!!!!

Staff excellent.dining very good.the spa was wonderfulThe hotel and room were spotless..just a perfect stay.thank you.

Immaculately clean, great breakfast, wonderful staff.

The country side style and design. You feel yourself immersed in the real Chiang Mai despite you are in the city.

The gym needs improvement and new equipment. Also the breakfast is repetitive with tiny changes plus is more pork oriented.

Good location, fabulous breakfast, very quiet, excellent value.

Some of the staff could benefit from more experience, particularly in the bars.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the service was great.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful pool and many sitting areas throughout hotel. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Happy with everything! Short taxi ride to the old city. On Sunday market night, hotel provides drop off to market. Best hotel of my trip, would definitely stay again!

Nothing!

A relaxing atmosphere with the most wonderful staff. Dinners were fun with someone singing and playing piano. We loved the large swimming pool with its water bar.

Friendly and Helpful StaffPoolCharm of resortRestaurant

Hotel is very nice, staff is very friendly , breakfast had both Thai and continental varieties, with veranda overlooking the Ping river. We came during the holiday and our room was upgraded to the Riverview suite, gorgeous place!

There is nothing not to like, beautiful hotel with exceptional service.

Breakfast selections were good. Staff in the ding room very good. Food in the dining room was delicious and reasonable. (Though nowhere as cheap as the night market stalls. Lobby personal outstanding. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Fabulous pool with swim up bar. Good not great fitness area. (some very old machines) Our deluxe balcony room had a bathroom with a large tub, separate shower and get this, a TV and a fountain wall next to the tub.

room is clean, staffs are friendly, great location

breakfast is so boring

The staff at restaurant were really very good . Special mention would be Mr KIK and Miss Kang. They made each visit to the restaurant special and inviting. The room and bathroom was spacious and air con was good. The reception staff extended our check out to 2 pm as our flight got delayed . The spa was also excellent both in terms of ambience and the massage we had.

The check in experience was poor as there was no one at concierge and lobby location was not clear. We found later it was behind closed door. We were informed the lobby was getting renovated and hence this room was made as a make shift lobby.Though the room was good the bathroom shower was not upto the standard and needs asset upkeep . The toiletries were also not to the class which would meet the resort expectations. The bed mattress was also not the level seen in same type of resorts I have experienced before . So if the management looks into these issues it would significantly improve the quality of stay.

The property was quiet, beautiful, well-maintained and we loved the location. The breakfast and restaurants, gym, pool all felt luxurious. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Would return here!

Spectacular facilities with free rides daily to the night market. Great atmosphere right next to the river.

The property was beautiful, the pool was amazing, the gym atmosphere was great, the staff was very helpful, would highly recommend!

I really don’t have anything bad to say I guess it’s slightly out of the city center, but I kinda liked that at the same time. It’s very easy to get a grab into the city area. They also have a shuttle that takes you.

We came back to RatiLanna after few days and they upgraded us to a suite! We really liked the facilities, the views and the staff. The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent! We will definitely recommend RatiLanna to our friends:)

We had a wonderful stay at Ratilanna Riverside Spa Resort. The hotel’s design beautifully blends traditional Thai elegance with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the lavish bathroom — complete with a waterfall shower and even a built-in TV, which added a touch of indulgence. The sink drain had some problems and I had to request twice to get it fixed. The location is ideal — just about 10 minutes from the main night markets and city center, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. That said, everything else — the room, service, ambiance, and riverside charm — made it a memorable stay. The Spa was the best

The only downside was the breakfast. For a resort of this caliber, the variety was quite limited and repetitive across days. It didn’t quite live up to the expectations of a 5-star experience.
