Close to old town, fantastic staff, great breakfast. Comfortable beds, good AC

Couple of maintenance issues that were immediately resolved.

Upgraded room. Front house staff very friendly.

Requested new batteries for safe deposit box. Did not arrive. Power points too from from bed. Basic breakfast.

Convenient for my stay. Found within walking distance what I needed.

Smoking area right outside the entry door. The bathroom drains were not well planned for the shower - the bathroom floor was always wet. The tub situation needed upgraded as well as the drainage from the shower.

Room decent size and the air conditioning was fine, with a remote control.

Breakfast is a poor selection For example orange juice is not an option every day. Some breakfast food items such as eggs are cold. The water in the shower in the afternoon and evening time was cold. The location was close enough to walk to the edge of town

we were not altogether surprised by firm beds, pillows ok. reading lights not so good for reading. best bring head lamp. the pool was nice. the breakfast ok. good coffee. good central position helpful staff with map and organising tour.

Close proximity to airport

Very basic hotel & room. Not good value for the money paid. The shower waa a disaster & drowned the bathroom floor, all for the want of a full length shower curtain. No tea or coffee just an electric jug ( what's the point)Internet great & speed good. Xcellent street food close by.

The breakfast buffet while having extensive options was always cold. The bain Marie's were always turned off. Very disappointed with the breakfasts especially when paying extra.

Pool was very nice. Good location.

Wifi is useless. Good luck in getting connected, if it even comes up on the list to choose from. If on, completely unstable. Cobwebs in room. Dirty. Balcony filthy. Hot water out for 16 hours. Front desk supervisor was miserable and rude to guests. Turn curtains in room. Pool furniture tattered.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the lobby area was nicely furnished and attractive. The location was good - easy to walk to the old city, and the night market.

Our room was filthy - appeared like the floor in the room (and the hallway outside) had not been washed in a very long time. The toilet leaked, and there was water on the floor around it. The beds were on wheels, and every time you sat down the bed rolled out from under you. The towels were old and very thin, not soft. We paid more to get a patio, but it was dirty and had no chairs to sit down on; plus it was covered with wire, presumably to prevent birds from leaving droppings. So the patio was certainly not a nice place to relax outside. The buffet was poor - food not good quality and items not hot. We were relieved to check out of the hotel, as it needs better cleaning and maintenance.

We didn’t like our first room as it was small and crowded and very much out of date. We paid to upgrade to the newer building

There is a large open space downstairs and a pool that is clean. The rooms were quite large. The location was good

Our party ended up staying in about 7 different rooms, so we had a wide exposure to the hotel. The rooms vary greatly in terms of size and it did not seem linked to cost. The rooms with balconies were really very nice. Some of the others were dark amd a tad cramped.

Loved staying at this hotel. A lovely surprise: Comfortable, value for money and a great location near night market, beautiful temple and old town. Lovely rooms and decor.

Sound proofing isn’t great.

Location to airport

Arrived following a 30 hr trip start to finish, on arrival we tried to book room service as we did not want to go out again only to be told there was no food!

We got one of the old rooms but found it quite charming and very comfortable Nice pool Nice breakfast Drinking water machine in the lobby

We only found out on the last day they had free shuttles because no one told us Shower water was not very hotI don’t understand why they don’t serve food in the pool in the afternoon

The complimentary glass bottles of cold water. The ease of checking-in, and they will store your luggage for you while you wait to check in.

Took a long time for the hot water to come through the tap. There weren't enough power outlets.

Do you want to be a nice and clean hotel or rundown hostel?

There is no love and affection in this hotel. It needs attention to a lot of things and it was not clean. Towels very old. Terrace was not cleaned for a long time. Some Lights not working, aircon makes a lot of noise and go on.Very sad and run down. Come on this can be done much better.Put some love in the place!

Another great find. Very nice, large hotel, with an outdoor pool.Room was comfortable, as was bed.Well equipped, kettle and couple chairs, as most hotels only have one chair.Had a balcony with our room , 532, but it’s in the shade all day.Breakfast is good, plenty of choices, including an omelette station.Room had a really good shower.

Not enough seating in breakfast area for size of hotel, most of the hot food was cold, including the coffee in the jugs.

Bedroom comfortable and kept clean. Pool nice and accessible

Television broken. Lots of repairs needed eg tiles broken in shower and shower head fixing was wobbly. Breakfast was not well done for western taste. Basically the pictures on the website exaggerated the quality.

Bed was nice,comfortable,air con very good.Location also was very good.

Brekfast not very good,eggs cold although you could get them freshly made at egg station.Had problem flushing toile as the plunger kept sticking.Wi fi ok when it was working but kept cutting out.Kept running out ot toilet paper.One chair unusable as the mesh had broken.Furniture & decor very old,could do with a refurbish.strange smell in room.
