Eurana Boutique Hotel

The room was very small. The bathroom was very small. The air conditioning was marginal. But not been in any other hotel in this area maybe this is the standard.

Very clean and good breakfast.

The staff were always willing to help.

Location and the entrance area is very pretty and the pool was great! The breakfast selection was incredible and all cooked really well and tasty!

The bathroom was unacceptably dirty, there were stains in the bath, there was black mold on the roof of the bathroom. We asked staff for flat pillows every day- nothing ever came. The tv was not screen share compatible for modern devices as the tv is too outdated and there were not enough plug points for travelers.

We stayed in superior rooms and everything was good there - water pressure, bed, sheets, quality of the room generally. We enjoyed also some moments by the pool, which was great. Breakfast was also good and the hotel was quiet and very well located. I would stay again.

Everything else, room old and VERY dirty, we had to request them to clean the room one more time, as there were insects and hairs on the wall in the shower…. Bed VERY uncomfortable half of the mattress was off the base. AC didn’t works properly and the room smelled really bad to mold.

Great location in old Town for the weekly night market, as well as Uri Herb workshop and so many things. Extensive complimentary breakfast and the attached restaurant was a great place to get a snack or smoothie or meal. Staff was very helpful helping us book a day trip to Chaing Rai. Large room, very clean. Would stay here again

Nothing comes to mind

This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of the young, backpackers tourist culture. The beds have a firm mattress which I like. There is good, secure parking.

The curtains are thin and the halls well lit so the room is never fully dark. They put some chemical in the swimming pool which stings the eyes.

Very pleasant with friendly helpful staff. Nice gardens and plants around good breakfast buffet. Had elevator and pool and nice sitting area in lobby.

Could do with some renovation, and the gym was small.

No real complaints

Great location in the old city, with its own restaurant and cafe, laundry service, tour desk right across the street, perfect for our first night in Thailand after a very long journey, and we couldn’t have been happier to stay a full week there.

Other than the beds being a bit hard (which is par for the course in Thailand), we had a great stay.

Great location with lots of places to eat nearby, easy walking distance and easy to get a tuktuk and grabs. The family suite was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The baby crib provided was comfortable and my daughter slept well in it. Water provided daily. Loved the welcome drinks from the cafe. Elevators worked well. Overall a great choice suitable for families. .

Reception staff were polite but not overly friendly. Breakfast was ok with different Thai choices everyday but the same western selection each day, the meat choices weren't too appetizing. Trying to make toast was impossible, the toaster was too slow, the bread didn't get hot and the butter was too cold. That's just being picky though. No highchair available as is the norm in Thailand.

The location and the rooms in the new building. Not all staff were very friendly, I have to admit.

Good location. Very convenient. Walk distance to 7-11, cosmetics chemist, night markets, messages, restaurants.Laundry service next to hotels cafe make easy. Breakfast is ok but the pineapples are very good. Air conditioning inside the room is a bit noice and the shower room is a bit old.

Staff are very friendly and always available to help. Very clean and comfortable. I had an issue with my air conditioner and it was corrected right away.

Minor construction noise

The deluxe suite was fantastic. Lovely, spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to have the flat screen tv with Netflix as well. The bathroom was very spacious and the interior of the room was really nice. The location of the property is perfect, it’s right in the middle of the old town and easy to walk everywhere. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended.

The breakfast wasn’t very nice, and the options were limited, especially if you are vegetarian. Dishes like the “stir fried vegetables” and “rice porridge” would have pork in it, and there was no mention of the meat on the signs, which we were very disappointed with.

Stayed in the old wing of hotel which is quite run down. Our heater in room was tripped and water from shower was not consistent.
