U Chiang Mai Hotel

The staff was my absolute favorite of all of our stays. They all remembered us, took special care of us, and always greeted us very kindly. The view from the hotel room was stunning for our honeymoon. Also, location!!!

The rain shower head was too big for the shower but that didn¿t matter to us and definitely does not effect how I feel about the experience

The breakfast was quite complete and the selection is good. The drinks and entrees had plenty of choices especially.

They could use larger water heaters. A fancy hotel of this level should allow you the luxury of using as much hot water as you want.

The location was great. The outdoor area was really relaxing.

The hotel looks a little outdated, not sure if it needs better cleaning...

The breakfast was disappointing. Very small portions and low choice. The rooms are not well maintained and not enough air vantilation (which causes bacteria)

Great location with bicycles available for use. Friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms.

The hotel is very charming, super clean, nice atmosphere, perfectly located. Overall the room was nice with a balcony and nice view on the temple. But the real difference was made by the wonderful staff who were all so kind and professional. Special thanks to Khun Aun and Khum Bael (sorry if misspelled) who went above and beyond to make my husbands' birthday surprise special. On top of their help with some logistics, they organized a lovely birthday cake for breakfast and got the room decorated for the occasion. It made the birthday very memorable. Thank you! PS: A big bonus, Gluten Free bread available for breakfast.

Overall the room was nice but the AC was a little loud at night, the light switch was not accessible when entering the room, only one side of the bed has access to the switch for the whole room. But I wonder if this was not just our room because of its location, different from others as it has windows on both sides of the room. The shower head was not practical. The machines in the Gym were not working. These are feedbacks for improvement but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay and wanting to come back!

Location is fantastic, very central, Sunday walking market is right outside the front door.Breakfast was good, plenty of variety with both hot and cold to select from.Staff were amazing!!!

Aircon unit was a little too noisy and not easy to adjust, saying that it kept the room cool very well.

Many key sightseeing points, good quality restaurants, services are within a stone throw.Direct pool access from your doorstep helps entertain the kids all day and keep parents worry-free.Staffs are kinds, friendly, relaxed, attentive to our specific needs.My pre check-in requests were arranged without remainders (unlike many other hotels)

Our room would benefit from a little freshen up on a few details to keep facilities in check and raise the bar.

We had an amazing stay in this little hotel central and walkable to lots of food and massage options around the old town. Lovey staff and always helpful. Nice pool that was never really busy. Great breakfast too. In all a perfect stay, wish we could have stayed longer

The public spaces are partially open to the outside and therefore you can feel the outside temperature and wind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During our time the pool was under renovation but they arranged to use the pool of a nearby hotel and even a larger pool from again another hotel including the transport by taxi. Super. Breakfast is good with enough choices for both western and asian food.

Staff were superb! Lovely extra the resort offers free bikes to explore Chiang Mai which we used. Nice private deck with a day bed looking over the pool area. Great location.

Loungers go quickly and some guests leave their belongings on it for hours without using it so they have it when they return later.

Great central location in the heart of Chiang Mai. Great breakfast options with both buffet and Al a carte options. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean.

Great location on Main Street yet quiet. Staff friendly

No lift so if you don’t like climbing stairs the 3rd & 4th floor may be too much. I was on 3rd floor and it was fine.
