Cold pool and small bathroom

The place was quiet but not too far from town. We could walk across the river, using an old iron bridge, which was very useful. The staff were nice and pleasant, always willing to help. The room, the bed, and the pillows were in excellent condition that made us sleep very well. Breakfast was nice with lots of varieties. We could enjoy our welcome drinks while sitting under a very gigantic old rubber plant, the biggest one I've ever seen in my whole life!

This place was a 10/10. I bet its even better during low season because it off the beaten path, but still accessible to food/shopping.

This is very much a boutique hotel, it is small and friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very Thai in style which we like and has a lovely pool with very cofortable sun loungers. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant overlooking the garden and pool either undercover or on the open terrace and is of good quality and variety. In the afternoon between 13.00 and 15.00 afternoon tea is served free of charge which is excellent. Finally the staff are wonderful, so friendly and attentive, Bianca being our favourite

The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant closes at 8.00pm so no late dinners but this did not spoil our stay which was our second time.

Loved the pool, the staff and the complementary snacks from 1 to 3 pm!

Location just across the river easy walk to old city. Breakfast amazing and staff very polite and attentive

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were patient and wanted to help you at all times. The free bicycles were really appreciated as the hotel was a little way out of the centre. Very quiet location. We were given a free breakfast after getting off the overnight train. Complimentary lunchtime snacks were lovely. The room was spacious, spotless and well equipped. All in all, a perfect stay in Chiang Mai.

Well located, beautiful building and grounds. Lovely pool. Friendly helpful staff, from room cleaning to reception and dining room. Great breakfast.

The pool area is lovely (even though the pool itself is not heated and very chilly!)The free afternoon snacks and iced tea were a nice touch

Unfortunately the bathroom was not particularly clean and there were lots of ants on the floor and around the sinkThe shower pressure was also quite poor

Amazing pool area.. Nice that they offered complimentary afternoon snacks. Balcony was also very relaxing.

Air conditioning was very loud and intense - it gave us a cough. Bathroom would flood when taking a shower.
