Oriental Siam Resort

Staffs are so nice and supportive. The waterfall at the back of the room. We liked the sound of the water so much. We enjoyed clean pool.

The room was too dark even in a daytime. We wanted to have more vegetables and thai options for the breakfast.

The food was fresh, healthful, and appetizing. The staff was very available, pleasant and always helpful. The pools and grounds were beutiful and we enjoyed eating our meals and looking out over the grounds.

There is very little to see or do on a walk outides of the property. The fitness center was below par.

Wow! My wife and I were not expecting to find such a jewel in Chaing Mai (well the outskirts anyway). We stayed in one of their villas and have to say it felt like being in our own home - it was SO quiet in the evenings and night we slept very well. The staff waited on us like we had never had before - like having private cooks and butlers. The grounds have so many plants, fountains, and pools. We will return!

Since most things were downtown we did need a Grab or Taxi but they were only US$2-3 each way so no big deal. The solitude outweighs this minor inconvenience.

The hotel is a little oasis with beautiful gardens and just a few accommodations. It has a retro boutique resort feel which I really enjoyed. The villa was clean and comfortable, everything worked and was in good condition. The staff are all lovely and willing to help. It is located in a quiet part of town, away from the old town, but still easily accessible by taxi via the nearby highway. Breakfast is a la carte and includes sweet and savoury options.

I didn't like that I had to leave so soon :)

Quiet, nice and local if you go to the Temple and enjoy the vibe. Beds great (with nets), lovely to hear the quiet morning at sunrise, pool next to house. Owners friendly and helpful. Breakfast pretty good imo.

Beautiful location it was like a dream ! Owners and staff were like family. They are so friendly and welcoming. They looked after my little one and we're so good and nice to her.

We had a fantastic week at Oriental Siam Resort! The staff were probably the friendliest we’ve ever encountered and were amazing with kids. Our villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of plants, trees, and flowers, making it a really pleasant place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and children’s playground were perfect for our toddler.The location was great for us—away from the busy tourist areas but still just a short and cheap taxi ride (15 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the old town).We'd definitely recommend it for a peaceful and family-friendly trip, and we hope to return in the future!

The property is beautiful, Very relaxing river and quaint swimming pool. Gardens are well maintained. Owners were very polite and listened to our feedback with patience and respectfully. Staff are very friendly as well. Prices for drinks and food on the property were very reasonable.

Chicken next door / rooster screaming for 18 hours of our visit. Dust on curtains, mosquito nets caked in dust hanging over your bed while you sleep. Hard beds, terrible pillows

Very well maintained property, rooms very spacious with everything you need, great stuff for kids to play with, staff very friendly and happy to help with anything, great food at restaurant, few local shops within walking distance and short taxi ride to main part of Chiang Mai

Everything was perfect

Nat (the owner) and her entire team truly make you feel like you are part of the family. The service is exceptional and the property is paradise. It’s very serene and feels truly remote. The rooms are very comfortable and the uniqueness of the property and furniture are lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and just a pure delight. Consider yourself lucky if you ever stay here and we hope to return!

This is by far the loveliest place we've ever stayed in. The family owned resort is beautifully built, surrounded by a heavenly tropical garden. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor pool is warm and fun. Most importantly, the hosts are the nicest people and the hospitality is exceptional: Nat and her family and team go out of the way to help out in any way, to the point that you really feel at home. For example of going out of the way, we celebrated our son's birthday in the hotel, Nat bought a cake and prepared decorations just for the event, and celebrated with us. Or, another example- I got sick for a day, Nat and her team prepared special food for me and sent it to my room.Our three kids loved the rooms, the pool , the garden, and the food. Our little one (6) loved feeding the fish in the fish pond. Nat, Pongsri, and the rest of the team- Thanks a lot for a wonderful time!

The lush setting, so tropical - Intimate and private. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food was great, we extended our stay here because it was just perfect

We were so impressed by this place and didn’t want to leave!!! We’d come back any day because…- Nat, her family & the team are the most generous, helpful and accommodating hosts that we have met! They helped with every request we had, called ahead to organise trips, were always up for a lovely chat and even walked us to nearby places. They even helped out with our youngest child in the mornings so we could enjoy a peaceful breakfast! - The place is absolutely gorgeous: an oasis of lush green in the city. Not too many cottages so it never gets loud or noisy. We loved our terrace and enjoyed the beautiful pool view. Our kids loved the pool, the fish in the pond and the playground behind the cottages. - The cottages are spacious and (just like the entire place) furnished and decorated very exquisitely. - The rooms were impeccably clean, every day. - The hotel is near downtown. We used the app “Grab” to hire rides and only paid like 3 Euros to the old city. In general, much to do in the area, we never got bored. - This has easily been the most beautiful hotel on our trip through the country as a family of four - I would absolutely recommend!Thank you, Nat, for this memorable stay!

An oasis away from the hustle of the old city. Traditional Thai architecture and old world service!

If you want quiet, ask for a villa farther from the pool. Great for families, and poolCan get loud.

wonderful place, owners and staff welcomed us warmly. We rented 3 x double rooms and got a free upgrade to a villa. A beautiful boutique-villa resort with a tropical garden just 15 minutes from the center of Chian Mai, we recommend it wholeheartedly and we will definitely come back to this place. Greetings to all the staff, you are wonderful people.

Its a lush green oasis, right in the middle of a busy city. The staff is so kind and friendly its like walking into a different age. If your looking for a peaceful place to stay and experience old fashioned classy hospitality, this is the place for you.
