Great location, quiet but easy walk into the main town.

The room was wonderfully spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable table and couch, which truly made me feel like I was staying at my own home. I was also very impressed with how spotlessly clean the room was; the housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly friendly and consistently helpful. They were always ready to assist with any request right away, and I must compliment them for their outstanding, cheerful service.

The room assigned was back side of the building where there was not much light from outside. Quiet but felt bit stuck in the room. Also, while the location was peaceful, I would have appreciated a few more choices for restaurants or shops within easy walking distance, as the immediate vicinity had limited options for nearby convenience stores or casual dining. but if you don't mind walking, this wouldn't matter.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it each time. The beds are comfortable, the pool is great, the AC works, the location is good and walkable to town, and the staff is nice.

Clean, nice pool with plenty of loungers. Ideal position for what I wanted, just outside old city in a community area - very authentic Thailand. Excellent shower, comfortable bed, helpful reception staff.

Cleaning staff waiting outside my room from 8am, watching stuff on their phones at full volume!

The place was clean and in a good location. I liked the "Warehouse" feel.

Rooms needed more soundproofing. Didn't realise there was a hostel attached. Backpackers constantly used the hotel pool. Most were okay.

Quirky concept, good rooms and the Dogs!

Not a big issue, but worth noting – the pool is shared with the hostel and day guests, so it gets busy and noisy. My room (104) was right by the pool, so not much privacy unless the curtains were shut. I’d stay again, just not in a poolside room.

Lack of wine bars

After international travel ,all day , 3 flights , I was very tired . Driver met me at Airport ( extra charge ) I had a warm welcome when I got to the Warehouse .The room and the facilities exceeded my expectations ! The location is close to everything , easy to walkThe rooms are cleaned daily, the pool is cleaned daily . The pool area is a great place to chill out.The staff are friendly and helpful ,I felt like part of the family . Because it is in a quiet street it's also great for a good nights sleep . Would definitely stay here again and have booked another week after visiting Chaing Rai .in

Easy 5min grab to where the action is.Really quiet and cool little side street with nice restaurant 50m away with a great menu. Friendly staff.Clean pool with LOTS of loungers and was never really busy.Good vibes all round.

In my room aircon blew straight onto the bed, but might be different in other rooms.

Quirky place, a short walk to the old city. Room comfortable and had a little sofa as well. Nice pool and beds.

Maybe a bit young as we are that little bit older, but didn’t feel too out of place.

Good for a short stay, relatively quiet location near to the old square. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Plenty of loungers around the pool area and reception area was welcoming and people sitting /chatting/ on laptops.

It has a nice location. Mostly expects / Europeans / Americans stay here. Chill vibes.

It doesn’t have a lift. So if you’re travelling heavy you need to carry it to the first floor incase you’re allotted that room

Location is so great. Close to the square but tucked away from noise. Great shops and cafes right there. Amazing pool. Sweet dogs. Great character.

Bit picky but shower pressure could have been better and front door didn’t seal so we did have some mosquitoes but definitely an amazing stay

Great location , pool very welcome for some down time after sight seeing. Rooms clean and to a high standard. We loved it here.
