Location and serenity. Peaceful with close shopping, food and drinks. Coffee, and close transportation.
The location was great and the room was nice. Paid about $-- USD per night. I wished I booked this hotel the whole time I was in Chiang Mai. Loved how they included breakfast. The staff was good and rooms and bathroom were very clean.

I was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were a little too much at times, next time I will book the elevator side. Still a wonderful hotel.
Overall the staff was good, but I did run into one girl who wasn't really helpful at all. Since I stayed in the cheaper room, they have a separate building for those room. About 3 floors with no elevator, but it was such a bad stair case

Probably the staff. Pretty nice and slightly helpful

Location sucks. Rooms need major update. Spa overpriced restaurant you would be a fool to eat at.
