Great old-town location. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Good breakfast.

location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of the old city and very rich and varied breakfast

Very small room and no possibility to open a window, no chair and wardrobe to store clothes and suitcases, the safe box didn't even work.

Great location, nice clean rooms and comfortable beds, quiet hotel considering how central it is

They tried to charge me 300 thb for a second room key, so both myself and my partner had access to the room. The room. Is clinical and basic, but clean and small.

Location is really good, about a block from bars and restaurants, two from the Sunday Night Market, and a few from Tha Pae Gate. Very quiet hotel and clean, staff are accommodating.

Bed are definitely on the harder spectrum, shower pressure is slightly weak and hot water is lacking, (but maybe I was not able to control it correctly)

Little sleep, overlooking a building site that started work far too early for the location the hotel is in.

Room was right next door to and overlooked abuilding site. Noisy work started before 8am and with an uncomfortable bed little sleep was had.Only ended up staying one night as couldn’t have suffered another night in there.

Centrally located inside the historical center of Chiang Mai and to a small street with many restaurants and bars. Comfortable room with nice blockout curtains.

Staff speaks very limited English. No breakfast served on premises, however the street right at the corner offers plenty of cafés and restaurants (recommend So Nice café).

Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of electric sockets and good wifi.

They advertised that breakfast was available when it wasn’t. I do a lot of travelling, and the availability of breakfast on the premises plays a major part in deciding whether or not to choose a particular place. If breakfast isn’t available, even temporarily, they shouldn’t continue to advertise it on booking sites.On check-in, the receptionist was polite but not particularly welcoming, giving me a list of rules: no smoking in the bedrooms (as I’d booked a non-smoking room, this was hardly likely); wifi can only be connected to two devices; a 300 baht fine for losing the card key, etc, etc. Ditto when you got into the lift - just a list of rules: no smoking, no pets, no durian (!); no loud noise after 10 . . . Though all these rules are reasonable (except the 300 baht fine for losing your key, and maybe the two-device limit) a little ‘welcome’ or ‘enjoy your stay’ message might have been nice too!Finally, although I left my “Please Make Up Room” sign on the door on three days, it wasn’t made up on two of these (and the third was only after I asked reception to ask the cleaners directly to do it while I was out). I had to go to reception to ask for more water, toiletries, toilet paper, etc., which obviously isn’t a major problem, but shouldn’t be necessary in a hotel that is quite a lot more expensive than average for the area.

the location is quite central. close to many cafes. when you're checking in, you got one wifi card (for 2 devices), if you need more, you need to ask for more cards.

Great location in Chiang mai on a slightly quieter street. Definitely recommend
