breakfast was good. A little confusing though on how to order and hw to chnage a standard order.

Bathroom could use ore light. The 11 - 2:00 happy hour was a little underwhelming

All the staff at this hotel are so kind and go out of their way to be helpful, including Dragon, who checked us in and provided a free upgrade to a better room so our family could have 2 rooms close together. Breakfast is plentiful and everything is delicious. The staff helped arrange convenient transportation to different sights. The location is on a busy street, and we were a little worried it would be noisy, but our rooms were calm and peaceful and very comfortable. It was easy to walk from the hotel to various sights in the Old Town.

Nice stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is in one of the main roads at the border of the walled city. Very lively neighborhood and an easy walk to the center or accessible via tuk tuk/grab. Many restaurants, stores near by. The hotel is modern, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. They had a menu that changed every day with several options of local and western options which was good for us as we wanted to try local dishes. They don't have SPA on site but helped my wife with reservation in a near by place. We visit in new year's they gave us a nice token of appreciation. They have a mid size pool which we used and had fun.

The room was new, had all necessary items but was a bit small and felt crowded.

The staff were very warm and friendly , the bed was super comfortable , the shower was wonderful , and having a round, deep tub within in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was ample enough and the cocktail bar on the room was real chic.

I’m nitpicking here, but there could have been more storage space and shelves. The plunge pool also wasn’t heated. There could have been some better seating on the terrace with the pool (a bean bag as a seating option felt a cheap relative to wha we paid)

Excellent location - staff were incredibly helpful and very kind.

Pool was chilly as its winter- not a complaint just to be mindful when paying extra for the room with the pool.

The hotel itself is an oasis of respite off the busy road next to the canal. The gardens and even the pool feel like a tucked away secret. The rooms are beautifully decorated and kept pristinely clean every day and the staff was wonderful, helping to arrange for a last minute driver to take me to Dot Suthep in the evening for sunset and mailing my postcards.

This is not something the hotel has control over, but it is worth mentioning for light sleepers. The hotel is down the street from a club who plays extremely loud pulsating techno music from 2-4am, 7 days a week. The hotel provides ear plugs that do help and is already trying to work with the city, but it did wake me up every night for several hours. If you are a light sleeper, ask about being in one of the quieter rooms.

The stay was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The fruit cold press station was a great touch.

The noise from the nightclub nearby was certainly loud, but wearing hotel-provided earplugs definitely helped.

The location of this hotel was good. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Before my stay, I received messages through WhatsApp. A random scammer stating I needed to click a link to confirm my booking. The link was to a phishing website. They had my booking number in the message, so there is some kind of information leak at the hotel.The room was quite small, but mainly the cleanliness of the decor was pretty bad. The throw pillows and the chain in the room had some major stains on them. I couldn't tell what it was, but it looked pretty gross. I didn't want to touch them. Then the balcony had a ton of bird poo on it. I laughed and thinking about going onto the balcony.The free wifi is very bad. Almost unusable about half of the time.

Central location on the nice side of the city. Nice cooked breakfast. Good shower and comfy bed.

Difficult to have a quiet nights sleep: first the hallway echo; loud footsteps and voices. Then later in the night, not to the hotel's fault, but nevertheless loud music with heavy bass coming from nearby bars well into the wee hours. Earplugs are provided ;-)

The location was great! Very clean and the host was awesome and very accommodating!

Hotel was in the center of chaing mai and walking distance from everything.

The hotel recycles their rubber slippers which is not hygienic. It's a cute hotel but it's a bit overpriced. Hotel food was not great. Could have been better for a 5 star hotel

Up to date. Very clean. Looked like the pictures. Right in the heart of old town. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Helped us book stuff. It was even better than I anticipated BY FAR.

The hotel is really well designed, clean and comfortable. The location is also so convenient to walk around the old town area. Really enjoyed the days we stayed there. Highly recommend!

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side. But I suppose that’s what one should expect in the middle of the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there wasn’t much they could do about this type of extreme noise.

Unfortunately, we found this place very overpriced. It’s an expensive hotel compared to the others around it, and it wasn’t worth it, in my opinion.During the night, the noise from a bar/club nearby was so loud we couldn’t sleep, and we are not the type to usually be disturbed by these things.

As published, the hotel is exceptionally designed with every detail. The staff were very helpful and dedicated to making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Though the gym is small, it has dumbells and could get us to continue our fitness program.

The room was very small, as much as we struggled to use two suitcases at the same time. Moreover, there was no separate room for the restroom area - toilet and shower, which can be uncomfortable and not private enough.
