Struggle to do laundry where there are other residents/customers using it as well

-wi fi-cozy bed-clean room*compare with the rate, it was ok except the noise that can't do anything. it is the building and the room-door that couldn't keep the light and the noise. and also the floor.

the rooms itself, building are old. you will hear all the noise for the whole night.-noise from any rooms-noise from the big street (the hotel is near to the main street)-noise from air-coni rarely sleep at all during my stay. i changed my room once, but it still hear anything whole night

1. The breakfast was great. Minimal options but was great.2. Spacious room.3. Close to many eateries.

The price and some cleanliness.

- The blanket is too small and the bed is not comfy. - The staff puts decorating pillow with full of dust on the normal pillow.- The headboard also contains tons of dust.- Too hard to balance the water temperature when taking a shower. It can’t balance so well like the manual in the toilet. So, I had to choose between too hot or too cold.- The gap of on the bottom of toilet door is so wide, so it makes the bad smell from toilet come in the room.- The staff was a bit confused about the details of booking before and after booking, luckily there was no problems.

The hotel looked like a prison outside and inside no home feeling. Laks some cossines. Beds where good. Airconditioning worked perfect. Breakfast place was really cosy and beautiful.

Apartment itself was cute ,stay and checked into a hotel .

The bed was rock hard and it is located literally in the middle of know where . There’s one cafe next door which I didn’t love and which closed at 5:00pm. They had renovations while I was there they were loud and not ideal for remote workers. I left mid

Home-like Atmosphere: True to its name, The51Hometel provided a cozy and homely ambiance throughout my four-night stay. It felt more like staying in a comfortable 1-bedroom flat than a traditional hotel room, which added to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort. Friendly Staff: The staff at The51Hometel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived, and where helpful as to where I should celebrate Songkran. Luxurious Bathtub: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the luxurious bathtub in my room. While it took a moment to fill up, once it did, I could have spent hours soaking in its blissful comfort. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Cash Deposit Requirement: While I understood the need for a 500 baht deposit for the key, I was disappointed that the hotel only accepted cash for this transaction. At that point in my trip, I didn't have sufficient cash on hand, which was inconvenient. Overcharging and Card Usage: I found the hotel's policy of overcharging for various services and items frustrating. Not only did they require a minimum spend to use a card without incurring additional charges, but I also felt that the prices for certain items, such as the water gun for Songkran (which I ended up leaving in the hotel room as I couldn't take it with me for the remained of my time in Thailand), were unreasonably high. I ended up purchasing the water gun and other random items solely to avoid card fees, which I found unnecessary and disappointing.

The apartment is not as nice as the photos depicted on booking.com. The entire apartment needs painting. Much damage to bathroom sink, tub, flooring and kitchen counter. Constant screeching noise from plumbing and early morning banging noises from work being done on the other rooms.Location is far away from restaurants, venues and markets.NO Hot water in the shower.Guests not allowed past 11 pm.

Easy parking, as not many guests drive to stay. Easy access to main road, take about 1km to Chiang Rai town center

The check in process, took me about 10 minutes to complete because they had only 1 staff. To be fair to the hotel, i also checked in late, around 9pm.

Was very simple, bit like Ikea style! Clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and air con was great. Great touch of free water and reasonably priced beer in fridge downstairs The ice cream downstairs in lobby was LOVELY! The staff were very helpful and they also had a luggage store for our last day.Had everything you needed in there, especially if you wanted to cook for yourself.

It wasn't as close as I imagined to any major attractions. However, saying that, it was always easy to pick up a Grab, if you use it.

Location is nice, the room was clean

The staff were unkind and charged us extra for simply asking for another blanket.The hot water in the shower were unbelievably cold.

Friendly receptionist and not bad location. A lot of space in the room. Like a small cozy apartment. Amazing. And plus that they had lift.

A lot people smoking weed in the yard and the doors of are broken. So the smell went inside which was awful! And the cleaning system was a bit difficult to understand because we put the cleaning tag outside the door and still no one cleaned. So we must have put the tag on a bit late. If this happened to you go down and ask reception for clean towels and toilet paper. Excepted that everything was perfect.

The room was dirty and the bathroom was like nightmare. Think twice before book a room.

Comfy bed. Unit come with kitchenette which is useful for us. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and on-spot parking is available

The water pressure is so low. Bath tub drain is somewhat clogged. We even found hairs in lots of places in the bathroom so hygiene is not great. Aircond in the bedroom isnt cold at all

Clean, spacious rooms, very well designed and maintained. Breakfast was in a beautiful garden location. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you staff for a very pleasant experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful, they are ready to provide any information needed. There is secure entrance, laundry facilities and a cafe nearby. Cleaning was on demand, which I prefer over daily cleaning. Property is eco-aware!

Poor isolation (noises can be heard from the hall and other rooms). The shower has special instructions how to use it, and even with those you have hot and cold surprises without touching the faucet.

The room itself was ok

Room was dirty, shower was filthy, all the cleaners did was change the towels except for 1 day they didn’t even do that. The staff were ignorant, any time we entered the hotel they just looked up from their phones then looked back down at them and never acknowledged us. There was talcum powder on the window in the shower the whole week, crumbs on the floor by the breakfast bar the whole week and holes in the floor where the concrete had chipped away. The day that they didn’t change the towels was for me the final straw. I went to reception and asked to speak to the manager. I told her everything I’ve just told you and she arrived at our room within 10 minutes with 2 cleaners. It took an hour for them to clean the room which shows just how dirty it was. We payed extra to have breakfast included and when we got it, it came in a box and was small child size. I honestly feel we have been ripped off with the breakfasts, we had to go out every day and buy a proper breakfast. I would strongly warn anybody thinking of staying there to choose somewhere else.
